We could not be happier with our experience with Delaney's! Upon looking at properties to rent John and Lee were our initial contacts in our moving process and they were extremely helpful to get the ball rolling and securing the property as smooth as possible making sure all the questions we had were answered in a timely manner.
We were then connected with the letting's team (Jo and Michelle) who helped us through all of our documentation and moving in logistics. There really are no words to describe how amazing and supportive Jo and Michelle have been right from the beginning and continuously through out tenancy so far. They are always on hand and willing to help with any issues or questions. We have no worries about anything to do with our tenancy as we always feel like we are in great hands.
We have worked with several letting agencies varying from companies in The Midlands to Central London and now Harold wood and we can truly say they are the best letting's team we've ever worked with!! If we could provide them with a higher rating we would!

I received five star treatment when I sold my elderly parents house. I didn't have to do a thing, and received regular updates all the way through the process. Thank you.

Everyone says buying your first house is one of the most stressful things. Well, this might be true - but despite some incredibly trying situations, Jacqui at delaneys was fantastic throughout the buying process. She was always happy to answer my many questions, and took the initiative to help push the purchase through. Having her on my side kept me sane - thanks Jacqui!

Delayney’s Harold Wood were brilliant from start to finish! We had a tight deadline and they managed to achieve this for us as requested.

Delaney's Estate Agent were very professional, they were always happy to follow up on any enquiries we asked them to make. Jacqui White and the rest of the team were very approachable what ever the circumstances and we have been extremely pleased buying our new home through them. There was never a time when I didn't feel I couldn't talk to them. On the day of collecting the keys, I was presented with a beautiful hamper basket which was a lovely gesture and we immediately felt the warmth and kindness from them which was a positive start to moving into our new home!
