The quality of service, support on all level of
unexpected situation that raised, went above and beyond in their effort to resolve issues that came up.
Without the overwhelming understanding of Jacqui and Lee I don’t believe I would have had the property I have now. Thank you so much.

Delaney's at Harold Wood were recommended to me and have not disappointed. They have recently dealt with the sale of my late Mother's property. Whilst this has been a very emotional time Jacqui has been very supportive and patient in explaining everything in detail. Nothing has been too much trouble she kept me regularly updated with prompt responses. I am extremely pleased with everything the team at Delaney's have done for me and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Our move has not been the most easy from start to finish but Delaney's supported us throughout every part of the process.
Jacqui is simply amazing, her communication, compassion, understanding at times of great stress and dogged determination was just what was needed. I truly believe we would not have exchanged and be on the brink of moving if it was not for her. Delaneys Estate Agents were very helpful and friendly from the off, they stepped in when we had been let down badly by another Estate Agents in Harold Wood.
Lee, John & Jackie kept us updated through the whole of our house sale even when they had nothing to update us with ! We were quite stressed with our house, but they fully understood how we felt & were so understanding. I have highly recommended Delaneys to friends already and would advise anyone to use them, at the Harold Wood branch, they really are worth their fee. We completed on 30th September 2022. P n D

This was the best ever rental experience I had over the last 3 years. Ruth, Asleigh, Carl and Anna have been looking after me and the property on a superior professional basis.

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Jacqui from the Sales Progression Team. She has been above and beyond to resolve everything regarding the purchase of my new property, one of the most painful things I have ever done in my whole life due to solicitors. She was chasing constantly, fighting every corner and really caring about the situation. She is just awesome. Thank you so much for all your hard work!

Jacqui and the team made the move as seamless as possible. We accepted an offer on the 31st May and completed on the 5th August. Although our move was very difficult as it was a separation, Delaneys dealt with it with compassion and professionalism.

Had a great buying experience with Delaneys, buying a house is super stressful but Jacqui and Jemma were supportive throughout and incredibly friendly. I would recommend Delaneys to anyone selling or buying

Delaney’s is probably one of the best Estate agents in Romford. My experience with them is nothing but fabulous. They are very professional and helpful. Their prompt actions to help out their tenants are amazing. Jo, Michelle and many others at their Harold wood Branch are superstars. I highly recommend them as I will be acquiring their services in future as well.

What can I say that hasn`t been said already. Absolutely first class service from beginning to end of our sale. Jacqui went above and beyond anything we could have expected of her. She was there whenever we needed her and kept us up to date with the progress of our sale, even liaising with solicitors on both sides to ensure a smooth transaction. We highly recommend this estate agents.

Great experience with Delaneys. We started renting a 3 bedroom house through Delaneys however after 6 months the landlord decided to sell the property to the council which meant we had to be evicted out sooner, delaneys helped us during these stressful period by finding us another property and the move in process was quick and simple. Highly recommend this estate agent !

Julian Hall at Delaneys found me a tenant for my shop recently. If anybody is looking for a professional, reliable polite and experienced person, he is the one to choose.
He also recommended a very good solicitor, and between them all went smoothly.

I have known someone who had previously used this firm so tried them.
They took details in August and heard nothing for over 3 months, not even to say no viewings, after we asked them what was happening we got Info more often. Once it was offered on we heard a few more times but still sporadically, All in all it took 6 months to complete which I believe is good, but it was the lack of communication that could of been better
