With any property purchase there’s always going to be a lot to coordinate and numerous questions that go through your head as you work out if the house you put an offer on is right for you.

Speaking as a buyer to let, Delaney’s service has been great. They’d helped me through the process with advice and remained impartial; I think the latter is the most important when working with an agent. Furthermore they’re not pushy which is also important when making one of the biggest purchases in your life.

As a firm managing my lettings again they have been great. The lettings team are always courteous and friendly and if there are problems they are on it very quickly.

From a trust perspective I definitely recommend the team at Delaney’s

I saw a property and fell in love with it. I made an appointment to view, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I met John Hollis twice and he was friendly and helpful and guided me through the process. Once our offer was accepted John kept in touch and even allowed us to view again.

Jacqui White took over from John Hollis in the Sales Progress Department. What an amazing lady. If I didn't have her, I would have been totally lost. She kept me informed on every level. Professional, helpful, kind and very funny.

After first seeing Delaney's for sale sign out side the Property we called them straight away and arranged for a viewing for that afternoon. We met Lee from Delaneys that afternoon and viewed the Property, We expressed our interest
and made an Offer. By the end of the week Delaneys called us to confirm that Our Offer had been excepted. We arranged several subsequent visits to take measurements etc and each time was met promptly by John Hollis. The negotiating was dealt with by Jacqui White who also helped to make the buying progress as stress free as possible and would always get back to me as She promised.
It has been a pleasure working with the Team at Delaneys and I look forward
to working with them on future Ventures.

The team at Delaney's were fantastic from start to finish with the sale of our house in Harold Wood. I would thoroughly recommend the Delaney's team to anyone wishing to sell their property and I wish them continued success for the future.

We were the buyers, the service that Delaney's delivered was outstanding. A SPECIAL mention to Estate agent, who having met us once, at a viewing remembered us when a property we liked came back on the market, too often estate agents send you info on homes, that don't fit your criteria, this was not the case here. Also another SPECIAL mention to progression, who went beyond and above in keeping us informed and telling us about the process. Helped us when things went wrong with solicitors, which was so far out of their remit, but they did it anyway, Buying a new home is stressful, Delaney's in Harold Wood, are exceptional at what they do, All Estate agents should take a leaf out of their book, the thoughtfulness, no nonsense attitude, and professionalism of this office is second to none.

Delanys showed great patience in the sale of our home, during Covid. Thank you all.
