Excellent service from beginning to end. All staff are very professional and on hand to help in what is a daunting and highly stressful/emotional process. I am sincerely grateful for all their help and advice, and would highly recommend their services!!

Highly recommend Delaney's! The whole team are excellent. They were by far the best estate agents we had come across during our house hunt.
We had a few bumps in the road regarding our mortgage but they were very reassuring towards both us and the seller the entire time and made the entire process much less stressful than it could have been!

Lee from Delaneys came to value my house on Wednesday,12th May, 2021.
On Thursday he rang me to say he had clients who had sold their house, with no chain and would like to view my house on Saturday.
They offered the asking price, subject to a second viewing, with their son, on Monday 17th.
They confirmed their offer that evening and I accepted it on the following morning. The details never made it onto the internet!
I hadn’t even found a place to move to and after 32 years in my home, I needed to downsize and knew it wasn’t going to be easy to find somewhere suitable.
Most of the places I found on right-move had been up for sale for ages and needed too much work to make a move worthwhile.
However on 24th a property came onto the market, which looked like a strong contender and I went to view it that evening. I was the 7th viewer that day and there was one more after me! I really liked it and took my daughter back for a second viewing on the Friday. She gave it the thumbs up and I made an offer on Saturday which was accepted on Sunday. The owners were emigrating so no chain that end either.
Everything kicked into action and the wonderful staff at Delaneys came into their own and supported me every step of the way.
It had been a long time since I had moved house and I had never done it on my own before, I think I would have given up and stayed put if Delaneys hadn’t been there to help with the paperwork and process.
If I had to go into their office they always welcomed me with a cuppa and tons of patience, biscuits too!
On the 12th August I moved in and all the stress has gone, I’m pleased to say. I loved it straight away and am really happy with my cute new home.
I don’t plan on moving again, but if I do, Lee at Delaneys will be the only person I will be calling.
I will be recommending him and the Delaneys team to anyone who tells me they are thinking of moving.
A big thank you to them all for making a life changing experience something very special.

Jacqui White from Delaney's Harold wood Romford has been a real star in helping us complete before the stamp duty ended. Jacqui was always available to take my calls and she always kept me up to date with things.
We were having a terrible time with our solicitors and the lack of communication was absolutely ridiculous. Jacqui was always at hand to guide and advise on the processes, not just from the buying side, but also from our selling side too. I really felt I had her in my corner. I honestly think that without her experience and help me we would not have crossed the line before the stamp duty ended. When Jacqui was on leave there was always someone in the team who was up to date with the situation and ready to act.

All of the staff at Delainey's were friendly and very helpful from the start of my sale to completion. They arranged viewing with me and did their very best to get people viewing the house at convenient times. Thank you for all that you did during this time.
