Ordered the oven delivered on time, however oven did not work due to faulty gas supply valve (we tried two different gas supplies both tested to be successfully suppling gas and working on other appliances). Telephones customer services dreadful first lady clearly had no idea different gas types, fobbed off with excuses worst of which must try with their regulator, despite website and manual stating can use with butane, LPG and propane. Two phone calls and still not willing to sort out ... I have now sent a formal letter of complaint with consumer rights reminder >>> will be contacting master card to get a refund... do not bother with this outfit

Great price pizza oven, very fast delivery in safe secure packaging. Good instruction manual with tips on easy pizza prep and cooking, love how the legs fold up for space saving and the well designed and constructed storage/transportation bag, pizza shovel and portable gas can was a nice little bonus.
Have used the oven twice now and the pizzas taste so much better than shop bought/conventional oven cooked pizzas, there more like pizza restaurant ones, would definitely recommend getting one!

The delivery man left outside and did not ring the doorbell or put in the big parcel box so everything had defrosted. Wasted food

Excellent dough, the best I have found so far to use with my pizza oven.

I liked the product, but the delivery was incomplete and it required more than one or two reminders to complete the order. I also didn't much care for the attitude of the customer service, although amends was made by the delivery of the final item.

Useless company to deal with. Sent the wrong oven out first and took over 3 weeks and me having to chase by email and phone to get it finally sorted out. Didn’t send one accessory which was supposed to be supplied. Ordered some dough from them which arrives after 4 days not two and has the missing accessory in which I still get charged for. Won’t be buying from them again and do yourselves a favour don’t bother buying from them in the first place.

What a brilliantly designed oven. Price point is spot on. Forget the cheap rubbish and spend a little bit more for quality.

Superb service - unfortunately pizza oven does not live up to our expectations- perhaps it’s a trial and error experience but having followed all of the instructions we have yet still to achieve the perfect pizza - but we are not defeatist’s and will conquer this issue

Excellent customer service. I called hoping they would price match a pizza oven I had seen on John Lewis website but JL couldn’t deliver in time… I was told the item on JL was the old model, they could do the current upto date model and with a new customer discount code so although they could not price match the new model was a fraction more than the one on JL website & next day tracked delivery.
Parcel arrived first thing the next day & although a gift it was well received & cooked the most perfect pizza’s.
Also comes complete with carry case pizza peal & travel gas canisters.
5stars for this company.

Product arrived semi defrosted and squashed, didnt want to do refreeze, contacted customer services and was told that is quite normal and is ok to re freeze

The item ordered was lost in post, Delivita were quick to make amends but unfortunately my last order was one item short and I had to chase to find out when it was due, this is why I am giving one star. Everything I have purchased form Delivita has been quality, for this I would defiantly award five stars.

Your website clearly states that your pizza ovens are "made in Yorkshire." However, upon receiving the product, it is evident that it is, in fact, manufactured in China. I purchased the oven on the basis that it was made in the UK, as advertised on your website. Adding this to the main website clearly means that all your ovens are made in Yorkshire. This discrepancy is misleading and a breach of trust, and potentially breaches consumer protection regulations. I have contacted you three times to address this issue but have completely been ignored. I never requested a refund; just wanted them to remove the false Claim of "Made in Yorkshire".

I bought a pizza peel and some organic dough for a try. The pizza peel is well done, thick stainless steel and sturdy olive wood handle. For the dough I have followed the instructions and didn't really get it right the first time. The second time was better but it takes some practice. Maybe a better video (more detailed and slow instructions) on how to prepare and rolling the dough would be appreciated. The pizza is light and has a good taste. Also the pack was sent next day but courier (DPD) didn't deliver. They came the day after. Good Delivita put some ice as the dough was still frozen. Good company. Recommended.

I liked that Delivita do packages. You need to geat going. No looking for this and that and then ordering. Ordered one day next day arrived. In the evening making pizza from Delivita dough and having a glass of wine.
