Poor Customer Experience
Unfortunately writing this review as I made an order on the 4th (December) and I am still yet to receive it.
After placing the order everything seemed smooth until delivery where DPD (not the fault of Delli) had rejected my delivery due to the package being damaged. Fairly soon after I received a £15 refund for one of the items and the order has been market as ‘fulfilled’ on the Delli app, although not yet receiving any items.
The reason for the 1 star is the awful lack of customer service, I sent them an email on the 10th (as they do not have a phone number) and have since received 2 automated responses on the 11th and 12th but still heard nothing as of the 16th.
This is very disappointing as it is my first time using this company and have heard great things.

No communication when ordered items go out of stock
Disappointed and frustrated to find there were items missing from my order that seem to be out of stock. I was not made aware of this prior to receiving (or not receiving) my parcel. Ive not had any contact from you regarding a refund, if I had known an item was out of stock I would have ordered something else.
Really strange way of dealing with things. I’m now caught short looking for a different present that I could have arranged if I was made aware.

Great products and marketing
The products are fantastic and being able to buy them all in one place is a great idea. It just gets very annoying waiting for release dates that come and go (then randomly seeing the expected date is now 7 days later), seeing items go out of stock whilst you’re waiting for something else and items missing from your order (and only knowing at the point you open the parcel!). I get it’s kind of the nature of the business but it doesn’t make it any less frustrating.
I think communication is a bit of an issue and some of the above could be handled better with better communication. Letting us know prior to dispatch that there are items missing, telling anyone that’s on a wait list for a product that the expected restock date has now changed, maybe even giving “short stock” announcements for anything in favourites/basket would help here.
Update: So I eventually managed to make an order once the items I wanted most came back in stock. If everything was in stock it wouldn’t have been the order I’d have made, but at least that gets me\my mum in this case to try out new things. Estimated delivery was 4-6 days, currently half way through that and it’s not yet been dispatched. This is frustrating and I’d asked customer support multiple times when it would getting dispatched with no response. This morning they’ve sent out a generic response to say all orders made prior to today would be delivered pre Christmas and also addressed some of my issues earlier in this review, which whilst it is good to see that they’re aware of these and trying to do something about it, it is still frustrating that the promise is now just pre Christmas as opposed to 4-6 days initially given, as it’s something I’d need a 2/3 days before Christmas, not just “before”.
Edit: Whilst it was frustrating at the time not knowing whether or not my order would arrive in time, Delli’s response since has been fantastic. Recognising areas they can improve, ensuring all orders made prior to Christmas arrived on time, all orders arriving on time, fulfilled in full and an email to recognise the difficulties they’d had, what they aim to improve and discount codes for following orders. Absolute masterclass in making up for an error/influx of orders.

Made a large order for christmas, the range and quality of products was brilliant. Something had been missed from my order but Celine was more than helpful, fixing this issue in a timely manner and sending me out what was missing. I really couldn't recommend DELLI enough, the customer support is just as fab as their products.
Two orders in a row with missing items
Two orders in a row with missing items, and they take several days to respond regarding order issues. Communication is quite poor. They should be notifying before dispatch of missing items, not just sending without and hoping for the best. They refunded me the wrong amount last time so I had to chase, and this time I haven't heard back at all yet (apart from the automated responses saying "Hello Delli,...") I think they meant to use my name!
The products are good, but it would be nice to have a bit of consistency. I can't rely on them for gifts anymore.

Items not even dispatched after 10 working days
Ordered goods 10 working days ago and they have not even dispatched the items. When I queried this I received an email to advise I would hear back within 24 hours, over 24 hours later I received an email advising they were still working through emails and would get back to me asap. This is totally unacceptable for a delivery in the same country, not to have even dispatched the item and to be unable to give a timely update on when the delivery can be expected. This was the first time I used them, following extensive advertising on instagram. It appears they are not in a position to cope with what they have set in motion. I am not confident my delivery will arrive.

Good quality ingredients and customer service
I got a few things to treat my wife on her birthday. A couple recipe boxes. Tried one so far and it was incredible. The quality of the ingredients is what made it so tasty. There’s easily enough ingredients to do multiple rounds. The delivery was fast and the cistern service quick friendly and personal. I got a 10% voucher after my order and they honoured it. I couldn’t find a recipe card and they sent me the PDF that day. We made the Dudu thai dipping noodle box, different but familiar and the depth of flavour was great.

Amazing products and ordering experience. Bought a last minute (shh) gift for my husband and the team helped me get it to him on time so he’ll NEVER KNOW I almost forgot our anniversary.
Will definitely be ordering from DELLI again. Who doesn’t need hot honey and kimchi in their lives?
First and last order with Delli
First and last order with Delli. Placed order which took a couple of days to arrive, which was fine. Issues started when opening the box which had a note stating an item was out of stock. No replacement offered which would have been preferable to just not sending something. There was also an item missing and I contacted Delli via email to advise. Response received in expected timeframe stating replacement would be sent that day. 4 days pass with nothing being delivered nor any confirmation of dispatch from Delli. Further email to them with response that item was packaged for next day delivery. Again nothing from them for another four days and further email led to response from Delli with tracking details. Tracking clearly wasn’t for a replacement as the name didn’t match and the item details were for the date prior to when they advised my replacement would be sent. Eventually requested a refund as clear Delli were never sending a replacement. To be fair the refund was processed quickly.

Good Service, Bad Delivery
Surprisingly bad delivery from DPD who tend to be great. I chose to get items delivered to local Yeep! but DPD notified me of delivery and then immediately that the items were going back to Delli.
Contacted Delli and they came back the next working day to explain the above and that they would send back ASAP and offered a discount code as goodwill gesture.
I requested a refund instead as I no longer needed the items (due to extended delivery time) and they quickly actioned this, no questions asked.
The product choice is really great, so I hope to use them in the future as the above was frustrating but not their fault.

Variable quality
I tried a few items to test this company. It all arrived safely but the quality was variable. I know they source products from other companies but there are no reviews on their site so no way of assessing the quality. Out of 6 items 2 went straight in the bin as being pretty gross. 2 others were from companies I’d already bought from so the chance of picking a product worth eating at random is pretty low
