No Contact and Delayed Delivery
Unfortunately my order took 11 days to arrive. It's a long time considering that DELLI is based in the United Kingdom and the delivery address was local. The order was simply a couple of small jars that were already shown as being in stock. DELLI took 9 days just to ship the order. DELLI failed to maintain contact. The courier let me know that when they received the package they would inform me of the delivery date and for their part it was very fast and efficient - delivery took only 2 days. The problem is with the DELLI company, which in my case took 9 days to process a small package which is a considerable amount of time compared to other companies that sell similar products.

This company is great whilst there is nothing wrong with your order but as soon as things go a little awry their customer service just vanishes.
My first few orders went well - love their selection of goods/producers and the delivery was prompt. Unforunately, my last order contained two damaged items and despite numerous promises that replacements would be sent out I am yet to receive anything well over a month after the initial order.
Now that I have asked for a refund they have stopped responding to my emails.
It's a real shame as I really wanted to support this small outfit but I will not use them again.
Missing item - Delli ignoring me
I placed a large order. It arrived but one, quite expensive, item was missing.
I informed Delli who came straight back to me to say they would send it out. That was two weeks ago and it has not arrived.
I have now chased by email twice and received no response.
Very disappointing.
Update - Delli just responded (7 months later). Hilarious.

Disappointing for price
I waited to place my order as items were out of stock for a while. Delivery took a few days, packaged better than most places I’ve bought spreads from - for context I bought pandan kaya spread, cashew and cinnamon praline and a pistachio praline.
Obviously it’s not delli who make the products but they’re all two thirds - at best, full. The cashew praline was shockingly low. They offered me a partial refund which I’m grateful for but after the cashew praline I realised the others were the same! I’m pretty sure they charge £6-8.99 foreach of these jars so it’s an actual rip off
The pistachio praline is oddly vile, too. Not palatable. Good job there’s barely any in the jar

Missing item and no response from Delli
A few days after ordering several items on Delli.market I received an email informing me that there was a delay with one product. Given the choice of a refund or new delivery date (for the delayed item) I accepted a new delivery date. Nothing arrived. I've had no response to three emails and two insta messages asking where the product is. It appears that Delli has no intention of sending me the product or refunding me. They are just ignoring me. I can't be the only one.
