Avoid. Poor quality batteries made in China.
Ordered battery around 8 months ago. Not used it heavily as proven by battery log within Windows 10 (a nifty feature). Battery capacity is less than half of the design capacity after 8 months light use. They claim their products are as good as OEM orignal batteries and actually say some batteries exceed original design capacity. Proof is in the pudding as the original OEM battery took more than TWO YEARS to drop to half capacity. This battery took about 7 months. Do not buy from this company, they are very poor quality batteries.

Good quality battery, good service and reasonable delivery time.
Ordered DELL 5548 battery and arrived within 2 weeks but that was over the Xmas holiday. OEM battery of similar quality to the original battery. Primed OK and battery gives about 2.5 hours use. No instructions on how to prime the battery which may be the problem that other users have had with reliability. I guess the battery comes from China and would expedited in consignments to a central distribution point as it arrived to me via Hermes. Full tracking info sent. Very pleased with the whole service.

Seems OK So Far
Ordered battery for my Dell XPS15 and recieved confirmation and tracking number almost immediately. Item was showing in stock at Enderby but was actually AOLSITE in China. Supposed to be a 2day delivery via Hermes but when tracking status didn't change after 3 weeks I sent them an e-mail to see what had happened and saying I was going to start a credit card dispute with my bank if I did not receive a reply in 4 working days (I was also thinking scam site at this point like others have said) but two working days later I received an apologetic email saying the item was now with the carrier and ETA was about 6 days time. Two days later it arrived. So far it is in and working OK, better than the original Dell at this moment in time I hasten to add, giving longer usable time. Others have said works well but packs up after 6 months or so. It has only been in three days so time will tell. I cannot claim that they are a scam site as I received goods as described.
UPDATE: Way over 6months and in use every day. Still holding a good charge and performing as expected. So far performance almost identical to dell original.
UPDATE: Over 3years since fitting the battery and still going strong. Has already outlasted the Dell OEM original. Would use this company again without hesitation.

3 weeks delivery, dead after 6 months of use
battery arrived 3 weeks after ordering. Worked OK to begin with but died after 6 months of use. It should power the laptop for at least for 4-5h at average power consumption, but only lasts for 20 minutes from fully charged.

I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering.
A UK website address, a claimed Portsmouth premises (not true, check google) and a 2-5 business days claimed delivery. The moment you click "buy", Shenzhen Aolisite comes up as the vendor and there is no opportunity to cancel.
I ordered a battery on12th May 2020. I did not receive it despite a claimed Hermes tracking number and the Hermes website stating "in transit to Hermes" (it still does to this day!!!).
I contacted the company on chat and email and they offered poor excuses (battery failed test etc etc), clearly admitted not UK based ("battery has been at customs since 26th May" clearly a lie). They eventually stopped replying.
In the end went through Paypal resolution and eventually received a refund on 26th July, 11 weeks after ordering the battery.
I complained to Advertising Standards Authority - useless!! They seem to have just asked them to change the website, which they haven't.

Claim to be a Portsmouth based company with a UK website but It’s just a con as they are a Chinese company - Shenzhen Aolisite Electronic Co. they also trade as Powerforlaptop and who knows how many other names.
Claim goods been dispatched and give tracking number, when nothing arrives, they claim batch was faulty and another delivery has left Hong Kong. When still no delivery, they claim goods are being held up by customs.
Eventually got a refund from PayPal.
WORD OF ADVICE - I contacted the company direct. When I went to PayPal, before making a claim I had to go through their resolution procedure to allow the company time to rectify the problem. If you need to contact the company, do it through PayPal.

ordered a battery from a website based in the uk .. payed through paypal .. when i checked paypal the money went to some company in china, straight away i thought damn .. went and checked reviews 90% of the reviews said it was a scam .. so got onto paypal .. but they did not reply ... went back onto the website and saw they had a live chat thing so told them i wanted to cancel the order and refund ... they gave me the refund no problem ..I can't say if the product i ordered would have been functional or whether I would have received the product but I can say they we're quick to respond and the person I spoke to through the chat was very helpful and nice to deal with

I ordered from this company as it pretends to be UK based, 8 miles from my home in Portsmouth. They are in fact a Chinese based company with several co.uk websites. When nothing was happening I tried to contact them three times via email and their online chat. They only responded when I escalated the case to PayPal, and then used the excuse that the battery failed it's test and they had none left, then blamed the coronavirus outbreak so couldn't ship - whilst still advertising that they were in stock and ready for UK delivery in 2-5 days by Hermes. I suspect that the 'Dell' battery they show on their site is probably a copy. Two weeks later I'm still waiting for PayPal to make a decision on the case and I've bought a battery from a genuine site. Lesson learned.
