1 STAR is toooooo!! much. I wish I could select minus 100 stars. Big mistake not to reading the reviews first. Had to wait one month to send me the battery. During this time they were not replying. Finally I got the battery. The battery was not working. I didn't even think to try to contact them. I opened the battery to remove the cells and put them in my old battery. The cells were used cells from other computer, soldered by some amateur without any safety precautions. The battery PCB was from other laptop. They used non insulated cables to connect the cells to the PCB. The battery was likely to get on fire. We must certainly find a way to save other victims. The guys are scammers. Their url ends with .co.uk and they are liars pretending they ship from Portsmouth/UK. They are from China and nobody knows where exactly from. The product quality I received is not only poor. It is dangerous. I wasted 50 Eur. to become wiser not to purchase a battery. STAY AWAY and HELP THE OTHERS!!

Ordered a new battery 3 weeks ago and still not arrived - even though they advertised it as in stock in Sydney. No response from their 'customer service' email address. Dispatch email 9 days ago has a tracking number not recognized by the delivery company. I've asked for my money back - but given the reviews here, I don't hold out much hope of success. Have told them that I will lodge complaints with state and federal consumer organisations - as if that will have any effect! Lesson learned - look for the company reviews before making the purchase!

Avoid this company - they either provide a very poor service or are just a sham, scam company
Wish I had read these reviews before placing my order! I placed an order 10 days ago after being deceived by their 3 claims that the battery; (1)was in stock in Portsmouth; (2) I would receive an acknowledgment and shipping info within 24 hours; (3) estimated delivery was 2-5 business days.
I have repeatedly emailed them to enquire about status of my order - I get an automated reply saying that they will reply within 24 hours but - no reply received. I have informed them that I consider this a breach of contract and I will start the process of trying to get my money back (not hopeful about that).

Ordered a battery from them. Heard nothing for 9 days then they emailed me to say they hadn't got the item and it could take another month or more to find it. This company will steal your money. They sent me a battery that doesn't work and won't refund me, despite their 30 day money back policy and promising a refund via email. They also claim to have UK stock and 3-5 day delivery times, yet say delivery can take 10-15 days when I emailed them. They are shipping from abroad and are happy to take your money without providing a working product. Stay away.

ordered a new battery for my dell m6600 it arrived soon enough but when i but in in the laptop it would only charge to 10% then stop i told them about it there answer was it was tested before it was delivered and it was ok then sent numerous emails they rarely answer and when they do non of it makes any sense i went on there web site get the address and posted it to them i told them this the next day they emailed me and said the address on the web site we are not there any more the last i heard of them

Great Service & Value.
Ordered battery online on Saturday & it was delivered by Yodel on the Wednesday (3 working days later).
It seems to be as good as the original battery was when the laptop was new. No problem with compatibility everything is working fine.
If like mine your laptop has an integrated battery I recommend searching YouTube to find out how to remove & fit it for your model. Next time I buy a laptop I will make sure it has an easily removable battery (not integrated).

I had two issues with the order -
First - The website says 3-5 days delivery, and in stock in the UK, but this is NOT TRUE. The batteries ship from overseas and take more than 3 weeks.
Second - they made a typo in the address (it was correct in the order confirmation, then wrong in the dispatch notification), meaning that it went to the wrong address. I told them immediately, but it was too late to change it. When I asked for a refund I was told that I needed to return the battery. So I had to go to the wrong address, which was a large company, and ask them to spend time trying to find my parcel - which was very inconvenient. Finally, they gave me a refund 6 weeks after the initial order. They said that they would pay the return postage, which they did not do!
The only good thing about this whole experience was the live chat, which seemed quite responsive and sympathetic, if unable to improve the service.

I ordered a Dell replacement battery over a month ago via their New Zealand .nz site. Money taken. DHL tracking number given with genuine looking online documents. Tracking stopped showing after 10 days. Seemed to start in USA. Emails with their email address get unhelpful replies asking me to be patient and maybe parcel lost or held up at customs. I have asked for the despatch address but won't provide it. About to raise dispute with PayPal. Definitely avoid if you want your product to arrive. Same outfit in UK seems to have had bad reports.

They sent me the wrong battery
They sent me the wrong battery. After a few days of exchanging e-mails, they finally admitted they had sent the wrong battery.
They asked me to send the battery to their warehouse, what I promptly did. It has been a few days after the battery reached their warehouse but they haven't issued my refund yet, as they will probably wait for it to be shipped back to China before that. They have never offered a replacement battery, what would have made things a lot easier.
Avoid it at all costs. It is cheaper but not worth the trouble if something goes wrong.

I bought a battery for my Dell Inspiron 7577. It arrived from China.
Seller guaranteed that batteries are OEM 100% compatible, but new dell laptops don't accept not-original batteries. Bios recognized the battery, but doesn't charge it.
The seller wasn't fair because it's known that new dell devices have this protection from not orginal components, but he continues to sell them. They proposed me stupid solutions like unplug and plug again the battery, denying the truth!!!
