First time with Delta Bingo I went to Etobicoke on Friday Aug 1 location which is convenient from my home and I find the place clean and nice customer service however I find that there is no security or employees to check on ID's that come in the location. How can they be sure that under age people are not allowed in the premises. Both entrances does not have any security checking on people that comes in. On every casino I went they check carefully the ID's and government photo ID of people that looks under the age of 30 before they are let in. Yes I see security guards walking but not on the door. Can you please have the issue taken a look at.

banks are fast. You guys are slow it says that you've received it then it goes to approved, then it goes to processed. So there's 3 different steps on your end, just to get the money. That's time consuming.
So again, I deposited money and I'm waiting for a withdrawal, and it's just all around slow, slow, slow, slow, slow, slow, it does not get any faster. It just stays the same. This is unreal, they should never get the opportunity to close somebody's account before they receive their money. I just find it ridiculous. Laszo especially went above and beyond. Throughout the evening he kept checking in on us to make sure we were doing alright and to see if we needed anything. It made a big difference and helped us relax and enjoy the experience so much more.
Huge thanks to the team for making our first visit so memorable. We are already looking forward to coming back!

I went to delta bingo downsview on Thursday June 26 2025 at the 10p.m session. I spent 200 on ball tickets and had 6 tickets. Went to play the machines during the break and always they announce when the bingo is starting but they didn't and I didn't play the balls and I feel that it should of been compensated for they are at fault but they dont care .Then on top of everything the stupid caller screwed up the progressive game so we didn't play which cost money that also went to the garbage. I will not return to that bingo to play bingo anymore that place has gone downhill. The management is terrible they need to hire people that know what there doing .it use to be a great bingo hall but unfortunately it horrible now.

I have been waiting a month now for my $500.00 payout. They requested a pdf of my bank statement saying they needed proof that I did not receive the payout. Now they are saying interac is at fault for not receiving payment and that I have to contact interac. Complete scam!
I have been waiting for over 2 weeks to get my winnings! I also read some of the reviews and they are saying the same thing. It’s frustrating expecially when you are counting on this money! The pay out time is really poor.

I had Denisa M, as my representative to help me to try and get my withdrawal, but I had a old card that I had put funds to play, but that card was frauded and I put my new card in, but it says that my card isn't the one that I put funds on, so Denisa M was very helpful in trying to get it resolved but Denisa M couldn't so she escalated the issue for me cause I want to withdrawal money from my account. She was very nice and I appreciate everything that Denisa M did for me

Very slow to pay out any winnings. Have been waiting almost a week. Chat was very unhelpful. They just keep saying come back another day, your withdrawal is lost. Other sites pay out within hours not days. It has now been 6 days waiting for the withdrawal of $100. Today I am told it could take up to 10 days but if the withdrawal is sent back to them to be reprocessed then they can add another 1-2 days on that for them to reprocess it then another 5 days to receive it.
