A premium product fit for purpose…
A premium product at a premium price but the whole process was well informed, helpful and painless. After owning several chairs that were supposed be fit for purpose my mum now has a comfortable and versatile chair that she’s happy with and does all the things that she needs it to do. All good lost one star as was 16 weeks from ordering to delivery would have left 4.5 but no option for 4.5, probably shipping rather than Delux decor, delivery team were excellent and the transaction was nice and smooth , 4 + 2 clio sofas look to be of good quality and match the photo's exactly, Sofas are nice and firm and the colour is perfect, good comms by email but the web page on viewing order never moved off of processing.

Helpful to envisage the suite via live video link without having to travel to see what it looks like . Graham was very helpful in pointing out all the dimensions with regard to the adjustable headrests and our own room shape. The suite was delivered ahead of time and the two delivery men worked very hard to carry them up to our living room via some tricky stairs. They also assembled the suite and took away the packing.

Our new sofas
Delux deco were amazing in helping us find the right sofa. They said it would arrive before Xmas and it did, and we have been really happy with the quality and comfort of the sofas we chose.

Cinema Seats and Sofas
Having looked around for cinema seats for a while we came across Delux Deco and visited their lovely showroom. As well as a good range of cinema seats they had a large selection of high quality sofas on display. The guys were incredibly knowledgable and there was zero pressure to buy. We ended up buying 7 cinema seats, a large Camargue U shaped sofa and a smaller 2 seater Odense sofa. Delivery was well organised and the lads did a great job unloading and setting everything up in the house. We have just been back to buy another Odense sofa.
These are high quality products at mid range prices - we wouldn’t buy from anyone else now that we have found Delux Deco.

Utterly perfect sofas and customer service!
A genuinely fantastic service, and quality sofas. I am a devoted Loaf fan, and recently spent too much on two Loaf sofas that just weren't right. I was wary of DeluxDeco, not having heard of them and not able to visit the show room. I eventually purchased two sofas, the Bevello range. They are stunning, absolutely perfect. Beautifully wrapped, delivered bang on time, and the whole customer service was outstanding. Don't be put off by not "knowing" them, I'm never shopping elsewhere for sofas and chairs again.

Amazing overall experience
Amazing overall experience. We had been looking for cinema seats for 6 months and Delux Deco made the whole process so simple. Numerous what’s app video calls and question was answered without an issue. Once the order was made the updates on delivery and installation was great. The day of delivery came and they turned up on time and a very helpful team set up the chairs and showed us how to use them.
Would buy everytime from them. A very big thank you.

Amazing experience from the time we entered the store to the updates and delivery. We ordered the sofa a little late but was ensured that we will have a pre Xmas delivery ( we took delivery last week) amazing sofa, amazing company very reasonable prices definitely go to showroom we picked a completely different sofa to the one we went in for, the range is epic and configuration matched our space perfectly. Excellent experience, every sofa in the Delux Deco range was simply fabulous. I experienced a very relaxed sales approach, I visited the store at least 4 times before ordering, making sure I had taken time to choose carefully. Eventually picking 'The Cloud' once ordered the entire delivery process was smooth and uneventful, I was updated every step of the way, the customer service was responsive and polite and the delivery quite honestly amazing. I could not recommend highly enough. My personal experience was so positive. Graham and team you were great. Thank you!

Cinema seats
I was a bit worried about ordering something like this online without seeing them in person first but right from my first contact with Delux Deco they were very helpful and professional listened to what I wanted and were able to WhatsApp me some really great videos and pictures of what I was interested in. We went for it and placed the order, the time frame given was stuck to and this week they have been delivered, they are really lovely sofas and in so happy I took the chance in buying them I cannot wait to use them 😁 I would definitely use Delux Deco again in future!
