I originally purchased the 3 seater Rosseta fabric lounge sofa by contacting the company and having a virtual visit to view the sofa. I spoke with Ran, who is extremely helpful and made my purchase. The wait was a while but during this time I realised that my measurement were off and the sofa would not fit! Distraught with embarrassment I contacted the company and again they were just so kind and helpful and they issued me a refund. There was no pressure at all to reorder a different model from them and accepted my error without question. I did looked at other company’s but I eventually returned to Delux Deco as they had been so helpful and choose the same model in a smaller size!
I had no issue with the wait time and just looked forward to receiving my Sofa.
The sofa arrived and it looked gorgeous however there was an issue with one off the recliner which was making a noise and catching as it was reclining. I contacted the company who helped me contact the engineers to arrange an appointment to co e and look at the sofa. I was advised to not use the faulty recliner, which I did. When the engineer came he tested the sofa and after a few tries it was working perfectly, typical! I didn’t care, I was just happy it was all sorted.
In summary from start to finish I have nothing but positive praise for Delux Deco. They have been so helpful, attentive and understanding and their products are gorgeous. I am so happy with my new Sofa, it is a joy to relax on. It is comfortable, roomy and when reclined feels like a cushioned bed!
Ran, especially, was a star and helped me at every stage and can’t thank him enough for all his help.
After being disappointed with one of the large furniture companies, we found DeluxDeco online. experience was completely different to the larger firm, much more personal and staff seemed to care about the details. we ordered and waited 12 weeks, overall, sofas look great and the quality was worth the wait. Really happy with it.
Professional service, staff weren’t pushy. We booked an appointment and went in store as soon as we could after browsing online for over a year. Delux Deco were a lovely company to work with as part of our project, thanks a lot to Ran.

Received my Universal cinema chairs this morning. Yes, the wait was long, but is it worth it? Absolutely -100%!
I don't think the family has ever been so excited by furniture before.
The chairs are of great quality leather. There are buttons for reclining, massaging and to chill your beer! LED lights surround the cup holder and the bottom of the chairs. They are very comfortable and look so cool. Delighted with them. Big thank you also to the delivery team who were professional and friendly.
The only criticism I have is that communication post sales can be a bit confusing, as are the timescales but very pleased with chairs and recommend them to all tv addicts everywhere!

We ordered two sofas from Delux Deco after visiting the store. Process was smooth and salespeople great. When one of the sofas was unpacked however, there was a indent in one leather cushion. We got in contact with customer service and they sent us a new piece immediately, without extra charges. Overall great experience due to the fact that we had been looking for high quality sofas and we got that, with the exception of the faulty cushion which was replaced promptly without hassle over the phone.
Received our Camargue today and are over the moon with the quality and look. Thanks to Ran who we spoke to in the showroom.
Although sofa was delayed due to Covid, now that i have it, i am happy. Quality is amazing and looks how i wanted. Would have been four stars if not for the delay, though i was kept informed about delivery so overall, recommend. Thanks

We are so very happy with our well made and stylish corner leather sofa. The hide is top quality and feels solidly made. The cherry on the cake is, value for quality and the customer service is exceptional.
Summary
Unhappy with the quality due to unstable recliner chair falling forwards, wonky legs and sagging leather. Delivery was delayed and came in 3 separate delivery's over 6 weeks (2 seater, 4 seater and battery pack). Customer service poor.
I ordered a 2 seater and a 4 seater Certosa electric recliner sofas in January 2020 with a 15 week delivery.
Delivery
This was delayed due to Covid (understandable) however when the delivery finally came in early May only the 2 seater was delivered with no communications on why. After following up we were assured the 4 seater would be delivered within days. 2 weeks later still nothing and further follow up enquires made with similar responses. The 4 seater was finally delivered late May however the battery pack was not delivered. This took a further chasing and another week to arrive.
When assembling the 4 seater the delivery team left sticky marks (from the packaging tape) and grubby hand prints on the white leather. The hand prints washed off but the sticky did not.
Quality
There are two recliner seats on the 4 seater, one fixed to the middle unit and one that attached with a slot in mechanism. The one not attached to the middle unit rocks when not reclined and tips forward when reclined if you even so much as adjust your position in the seat. My father made the mistake of reaching for a drink leaning very slightly forward and the whole thing separated from the middle unit and fell forward.
The legs at the front of the 2 seater are wonky.
The leather on the 4 seater is sagging and looks a mess. The leather on the 2 seater still looks brand new even though we sit on them both equally and have actually had the 2 seater nearly a month longer than the 4.
Customer service
Lack of communication on the delivery delays, I had to spend a lot of time trying to get answers from the team, not a great start.
To their credit when I informed them of the sticky marks left by the delivery team I was sent leather cleaning wipes in the post and when that did not work HomeServe were sent round and successfully removed the stains.
After sending videos of the unstable seat we were told that " [Dulux Decco] can see there is some instability or rocking, please accept or apologies". An additional leg was fitted by HomeServe but it does not match the other legs and is visible from the front. When I mentioned this to Colin I was met with complete denial that there was ever any problem “There is no design flaw as you cannot lean forward on any recliner sofas as its a lever action” even though they had already admitted that there had been a problem and sent HomeServe for a repair. The tone of Colins communication was condescending and at one point accused me of lying about the conversation had with the HomeServe staff during their assessment who were in agreement that the chair was not right. I have requested a copy of the HomeServe report but have not received it.
With regard to the sagging leather, after sending photos I was told by Colin “there will be natural settlement of the leather with usage. Leather will stretch and reconstitute with usage. This is the characteristics of top grain leather which is the most coveted and durable materials”. If this is the case then why is the 2 seater as good as new, plump and smooth and the other looking an absolute wreck with wrinkles and sags? He did not comment on the complaint re the wonky legs.
All in all poor quality, not worth the £3.4k spent and I will taking the complaints further.

If only I read the bad reviews before ordering my sofa. Ordered at the beginning of October, promised pre Christmas delivery. Called before Christmas to find out where my sofa was but was told this is a number for reception and they’ll pass on the message to DeluxDeco. Heard nothing. Received an email telling me delivery would be made in January, then February, then later again in February. When I had the cheek to complain I was meet with a rude email from Colin. After having enough of the broken promises and poor customer service I requested a refund, I was told this would talk 2 weeks. It has been nearly a month now and I have yet to receive a refund. I’ve got a bad feeling I’ll have to pursue this via the bank to get my money back.
Update:
I have received a refund from deluxdeco. But I can see they have responded claiming my review is false. If it was false trust pilot would not have verified it. I supplied emails, order numbers and screenshots to prove my order was genuine. Since my complaint I can see more 1 star reviews from customers who have the same complaints as I do.

Was in need of a new sofa, due to lockdown and stores being closed we weren’t able to visit the showroom. The staff directed us towards a video facetime call, salesperson demonstrating the recliners and other sofas, different fabric samples and gave some recommendations. Really great service, made it much easier for us. Now have the sofa and am glad we put our trust in delux deco. Many thanks.
I ordered the Lazydays modular sofa. was delivered in 10 weeks, glad we chose DeluxDeco despite the long wait. Customer service were great, i received multiple emails after ordering until i received the product. The quality of the sofa is outstanding and colour true to the pictures shown on website.
Absolutely love our sofa, recommend, service was great with updates throughout and quality of sofa is lovely. Will be ordering some new chairs in the new year.

armchairs. Both times service throughout was fabulous, but delivery was an hour late on most recent purchase. quality makes up for it. I’m sure this won’t be my last purchase

We bought the Camargue and 5 cinema seats which have now arrived with no issues. After waiting 11 weeks we’re very happy with the quality of the products. Delivery team set it up wearing masks, can’t fault the service and products.
My third review.........on a third rate company with a second rate product.
Latest problem is the chrome plated cast feet on the sofa. One has now cracked, this has allowed the toe of the foot to dig in and put some nasty scratches in our oak flooring, heaven knows how bad it would be if we were "heavy" people or had exuberant kids!!
excellent service from start to finish. Due to Covid, we had to book an online facetime appointment which actually worked well. Salesman showed us the different models and colours of fabric we could choose from for the modular sofa we wanted- great customer service.
