No compréis aquí , el test no nos llegó a tiempo. Reclamamos 60 euros a democratest Barcelona y no devuelven nada porque según la letra pequeña, no se hacen responsables de nada. Además , me han bloqueado de sus redes sociales para que no pueda quejarme en los post de ig y avisar a la gente de que no son nada serios.

I have used Democratest once before when I contracted Covid and it was very easy to book online and pay ahead of time so I didn't have to worry about all of that when I went for my test. I just booked tests again for my husband and myself, for travel reasons, but had some questions. So, I filled out the online help form and they responded to my message within just a few minutes. Very helpful and quick and I highly recommend them. Will continue booking future tests through Democratest. Great service!

Great and fast service Very nice kind ans professional staff.

Our results were not delivered at the time stated on the website. Since we didn't receive the results in time, we had to book another appointment for a test at another company. Customer service is very slow to reply.

I used Democratest services few times and I recommended to my friends and family. We all were very happy with professionalism and friendliest service. Their prices were lowest by far in the market where other comptitors are taking advantage of the Covid situation to enrich themselves. Sad to see it closed in Alicante. Hope they open soon.
N.B all these tests, according to EU they are supposed to be free. For the good of everyone.

AVOID THIS PLACE. Firstly they didn't send us our results and we had to last minute email them. My son tested positive and they didn't send over the details to the government either so we received no help. It caused alot of uncertainty and unnecessary stress. Should be getting a refund as they didn't carry out the service fully. We had to get tested in another clinic again

The website is awful, you sign-up for an account and receive the email of registration, then when you try to log in with the exact same details it doesn't recognise them and locks you out of the system for 22 hours for too many attempts. I have literally just registered so how can the password be wrong already???

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
We decided to do a PCR with them given how cheap they were but...what a mistake!
It was "cheap", yes, but we ended up spending more money having to repeat the tests due to a false positive result!! We are pretty sure the samples were contaminated or mixed. Samples were not properly taken, staff didnt change gloves, we were not asked to provide identification, we suspect samples were not labelled properly...just a mess.
Definitely not worth it.

Got a pcr in Bilbao done which I needed to travel. They were extremely fast, no queues and I got my results earlier than promised the next day! Highly recommended, it’s much cheaper than other clinics!

If you need a urgent PCR result you won’t get it on time . ( they will not reply to your emails / there is not phone number you could ring )

Waiting time is ridiculous.

Nurses are not polite .

Do not trust this place! We went to Gran via 67 in Madrid. Huge line even if you book time. People are going in every 30 sec. Personal not changing gloves and not cleaning up nothing. On top of it sample was mixed of infected, showing positive and that ruined our trip and costed a lot of money, nerves and several more tests after which we find out that we are NOT sick with corona! Avoid avoid avoid

I had to wait more than an hour on the street, I had an appointment but they are not on time. The place is like a cage. The test is cheaper than other places but the is it. They treat you like cattle, they are delay, they are not helpful. If a competitor arise with same prices and a bit more care has great opportunity
