My second funeral there today and the second time people have been left outside because it's too small.
We arrived 20 min early and were left queuing almost to the toilets. The service had started long before we even got near the door and even as relatives, we ended up standing just as the people behind us were refused even entry to stand.
There were still probably 40+ people left outside in 5c temperature in bitter wind 5min after the start of the service.

Really don't understand how people can be left out in the cold, did DCC not carry out a survey into the amount of people who attended services to popular members of society before building such a small venue?

My father’s funeral service was held here. Everything went smoothly and professionally enabling family and friends to say goodbye .

Excellent, well executed.

The gardens were very pretty and the chapel was clean and tidy. We also had the option of using a video link which worked really well for family watching from abroad

In my moment of deepest sadness, the staff were extremely sensitive and courteous. Were very helpful in the arrangements and options available during the service, and were very sympathetic and informative when being shown the alternatives possible within the Garden of Remembrance.

Only rated as 4due to being told the link people used to watch funeral you can only see the vicar not people who attended ,apart from that the lay out was nice due to covid19 restrictions was obeyed all rules was listened staff was really nice,funeral directors we used was really caring,the vicar was amazing x

The Crematorium is in a beautiful and peaceful setting and easy to get to from the A55 Expressway. I was very pleased that the staff were able to provide all of my chosen pieces of music, even to the extent of finding the exact versions of my requested music.

Our funeral directors were fabulous. The crematoria was so beautiful and well equipped. I couldn't have asked for a better send off for my Dad. He would have been so proud to have left in such a beautiful place where we could hold such a beautiful service

Couldn’t ask for any better in difficult circumstances. Well laid out and spacious.

We recently buried my mums ashes after 2 months of having her home with us. The burial was beautiful and the grounds are out of this world. I know my mum will be happy there and her beautiful garden looked after. Cant thank Sue enough for everything she has done for us. You are an angel 👼.

Excellent beautiful setting extremely clean. Very good cannot fault.

We experienced a nice and simple service, as planned. All our wishes of how the service went from start to finish was done so wonderfully well by all staff members. Crematorium was a lovely clean and peaceful environment. The sound system for the selected music was excellent also.

The staff were friendly and experienced. We felt as though nothing could be changed to improve the service. A day nobody looks forward to dealing with was made easier by the staff.

My father's recent service was conducted with great respect. Staff were very kind and helpful with specific requests due to unique family circumstances, for which we were very grateful. Display photographs and music arrangements were easy to arrange, and really enhanced the service. Despite Covid I feel very satisfied that this was a fitting tribute for a dearly loved father.
