Awful service

Website is rubbish. Wouldn’t let me order an item for click and collect. Then it said order item online, delivery time 1 day. Waited three days and then another company phoned me to say they are trying to source the item and could only offer an alternative. I asked them to cancel the order and refund my purchase but yet to hear from Denmans. It’s now been 1 week.

Poor delivery and staff shortages, advised not to order online as system is poor.

Ordered online for next day collection, firstly not clear in items in-store or next day, so went in and told additional itema would be in next day, returned and after a wait to be served told not all items were in, they would struggle to find out where the items are as the online ordering system is not good and really should not be used, so had to return for a 3rd time again only one person on the counter so had to wait not ideal when times money, pricing is very expensive compared to other online public reseller's, first impressions not great and will bothe rushing back.

slow delivery

i have found my branch inept at the best of times
understaffed no delivery driver takes a week to deliver the most basic of items

The branch in Tiverton, are always very helpful, very well trained, give good advice, they have always treated me very well, perhaps I ought to use them more often, I used to, don't know why I don't.

Great product, poor delivery.

Denmans were great. Product was as described, well packaged and reasonably priced. Delivery was another story. I had 3 promises of delivery times on 3 separate days before it was finally delivered. Not sure where the problem stems from here but my first indication on Monday with 3 time slots on each successive day after to a delivery on Thursday cannot be good.

Good service but online ordering is not the best.

I used on line ordering which was a tad clunky. If made a mistake and missed a section and had to re-enter much of my personal info again. Once I had placed my order the service was excellent. I was kept informed of my orders progress and it arrived quickly.
