Very helpful staff at Wirral branch

The staff were very helpful and spent a lot of their time with me after I had ordered online and clicked a little too quickly. They were very courteous and after I realised I chose the wrong item processed a refund.

Buyer beware - no response when products fail

Good range of products and competitive prices, particularly when they have offers on. Unfortunately I’ve had a Netatmo radiator valve that they supplied fail, Netatmo support confirmed the fault and directed me to Denmans for a warranty replacement, but despite numerous emails over the last six weeks, I haven’t been able to get any response out of them beyond their CS team saying they’ve forwarded it to the relevant team. Emailing the relevant team directly has been completely ignored.
Looks like I may need to resort to Trading Standards and getting a refund through my credit card company to buy a replacement from somewhere else, but it’s put me off ever using Denmans again, so buyer beware.

I can’t reply directly to the Denman response, but a few points to note:
- please actually read the review, you’ll see it mentions that I’ve already contacted Netatmo directly who referred me back to you as the supplier
- please don’t ask frustrated customers to jump through more hoops when they’ve already wasted so much time, try asking your team to respond to their emails - they can search on my name, Ade Jordan and they will see that all the details you requested have already been supplied

In the past we have had to contact Netatmo direct and they do offer a service were you can log your product fault straight over to them.

May I ask that you make a call back to Denmans Customer Support, to have another attempt in trying to assist you further, and hopefully resolve the matter, ring with all your details, Denmans order number, Denmans item part code etc

R63 lampholder replacement.

Just to say thanks to the staff at Denmans. Their advice was first rate, they knew exactly what the modern replacement should be. Fitted the new LED downlight with no problems.

I have a background of electronics, but I'm not familiar with the regulations etc.
I was advised on the correct product for the location. Not intimidating the way some trade counters can be!

Excellent Customer Service

I ordered an item and then found it was the wrong size. I contacted the customer services department and they replied quickly and gave me useful direction on how it could be exchanged. No fuss no bother. Very pleased with their service.
