My journey with Dentalkay has truly surpassed all my expectations. from the beginning with consultants David, then he handed me over to a next consultants Zeeshane is one of the best very professional consultants i have came across always called text to make sure i am ok he really assure me that everything will be ok .because after reading all reviews the Good and some not too Good I was on two options because one of my colleagues went to turkey to do hers before me not with Dentalkay but a different dentist and it really looking Good ,but because dentakay located in the uk and a see them on itv new I wanted to stick with them which I dont regret one minute Zeeshane explain everything to me in details bit by bit so I decided I was going to book my flights dentakay paid for the all inclusive hotel and my ticket plus transportation back and forth it was beyond what I initially expected upon arrival at the airport i was picked up with one of dentalkay driver very friendly and professional it was as if I was a celebrity the way he greeted me take my luggage bring you to the hotel the hotel all inclusive staff greeted you with a warm welcome very professional take you to your room everything was in that room to make you comfortable they contacted you the day before to book your appointment for the clinic make sure the time is ok for you you have your own driver driving you around like celebrity from the hotel to the clinic and from the clinic back to the hotel this was more like a holiday .
From the very beginning the receptionist staff was very professional warm welcome then introduced me to the finance, account (MIHRIYE) very nice young gentleman always smiling and pleasant each to approach and genuinely attractive throughout my entire procedure they made you feel comfortable and well care for every step of the way ,which turned what could be a stressful experience into something truly positive.

One of the things I appreciated most was how my Dentist Dr Berkay Enes Gungor you are one in a million very professional very soft spoken explained each part of the process 3 composite fillings 5 root canal 8 extraction 21 crowns 4 screw retained crowns all procedure was completely painless i never taken a painkillers
The clinic itself is immaculate, modern and run by all professionals very friendly and efficient teams
I am so happy Dr BERKAY ENES GUNGOR restored my smile and confidence again ❤️

I was treated with great care, attention and they explained all the stages to me! I heard about the clinic from a friend! Now that I'm done I recommend everyone to trust Dentakay! The whole treatment from the beginning to the end was nothing what I exepted.
On the first day of arrival to the clinic i have been told that ia have to pay £2000 extra for the treatment and that was a huge red flag I should have give attention to but is to late now .I have been told to pay prior the treatment and as the days have passed I have been asked to pay for medicines which is pluss extra cost .
I stayed for 10 days there but still the procedure was extremely rushed because they was every single day overbooked and the dentists was constantly working day and night .Just to mention the Dental team has nothing to do with the management they are really kind and trying their best but the management team is terrible. They just want to pull out the most money as possible from you as soon as you paid everything goes as they want not you . On the day of my return to UK the say day they scheduled to fit final crowns plus 4 wisdom teeth removal operation . As soon as I was done they rushed me to the Airport while I was still really dizzy from the anastasia and bleeding .If I don't have my cousin with me I don't how how I would make it back home .Now 6 months later im facing issues with the crowns which is definitely the result rushed procedure. The after care team is equal to 0 they will respond eventually but they will tell you what you already know .So now i have to return to them to get it fixed which is again extra cost .honest opinion about this clinic is that don't fall for the advertisement and the name it dosent matter they are all the same .

My overall experience at Dentakay was top Notch. The staff are amazing, the quality of service the second to none.
If I were to give them some advice, I would definitely advise that they do not give a price based on someone abroad sending pictures, only to find when they eventually do visit the dentist and have a full scan that price could increase dramatically, as did with me. Also, I found it quite confusing sometimes with the amount of people messaging me through WhatsApp, it did get to the stage where I didn’t know who to contact, and on the odd occasion, I would send a message to all of the contacts and it took some time to get a reply.

The above are just constructive criticisms,…. overall my experience was completely satisfactory, and the price I paid was less than half. I would’ve had to pay in the United Kingdom.

My experience was so pleasant almost like this dream new beginning new chapter in my life. The staff, my dentist and i cannot forget to mention how lovely Lalo impressed me. She is most definitely an asset to Dentakay. her kindness goes to the moon and back TU everyone

I am very reluctant to write a negative review as I believe in giving businesses a fair chance to deliver on their promises. Unfortunately, Dentakay has failed to meet a basic agreement and I feel I must share my experience.

I paid a £50 deposit for a consultation but later chose not to proceed. I was assured that the refund would be processed within 2 to 10 days. That conversation took place on 30 May 2025, and today is 13 June 2025, well over two weeks later, and I am still waiting for the refund.

Throughout this time, I have had to chase repeatedly. On 3 June, I followed up again and was told the refund was "being processed." On 5 June, I was again reassured that the refund would be sent and that “bank transfers can take some time.” It is now well beyond any reasonable timeframe, and I am still £50 out of pocket.

This experience raises serious concerns about trust and professionalism. I am disappointed not just by the delay but also by the lack of follow-through. A small refund like this should not be so difficult or time-consuming.

If Dentakay resolves this promptly, I will update my review, but as things stand, I cannot recommend them based on this experience.

I’m just back in the UK after my second visit to Dentakay, first time I had crowns fitted and implants inserted, this time I was back to have the crowns fitted to my implants, both visits were organised so well, Dr Murat carried out most of my work and I’m so happy with the finished result

Hey guys after visiting your clinic all I can say is I was blown away by how professional your clinic is every team member was so friendly and made me feel super comfortable the way u have transformed my smile just wow with having no teeth on top to leaving with a full arc of temp teeth game changer for me even the hotel falcon wt a lovely place if u are from the UK and u want game changing teeth please visit dentakay x

This is a truthful review of Dentakay
I have 6 implants for molars and front teeth shaved and bridges fitted. On contact with dental care specialist El Hassan , After many texts , and callsI was given a price which included hotels and flights. After I accepted I was asked for a deposit then after that to buy the flight tickets the lies that come out of this company are unbelievable, I did not want huge teeth and Hollywood smile but rather functional teeth. The teeth are all different sizes and widths, it is tho they picked out each tooth out of a big box and said that would do. I cannobite through a crust of bread.My experience at the clinic was horrendous, the professionalism of the doctors were an absolute laugh, Dr Burak Önerwhom put my implants in should be fired, whilst he was fitting them there was him and his assistant laughing and joking with 3 other staff in the room whom were shouting and laughing. The outcome was I told the front office and was told they had to let off steam, 3 implants hand to be redone at a later date and he put those in at the wrong angle and the molars on the right side sit 3mm in to the centre of my mouth more than the left
Dr Cem Tašpinarwas the aesthetic dentist, I asked for functional design and the size to be as mine were, the first temporary set were huge and look like buggs bunny, second temperary were smaller but still not right, so he got perminat large buggs bunny teeth and cemented them in which was so wrong, I had to go back to UK for 3 months and have people laugh at me.
On return I informed them I wanted a different dentist, they said yes but that didnot work, they absolutely promised I would be happy with the end result, far from it . I can't bite through certain foods, the bite is so uneven and opposite the being different sizes and shapes. 3 implants failed and I had to leave earlier as they could not finish the treatment , lost 2 nights hotel accommodation and return flight was not refundable and had to buy a new flight which I paid for all out of my pocket.
On returning 6 months later I was back with the same Dr and same lies, this time Dr Cem Taspinar admitted that all the teeth made for dentakay are the same shape and admitted to lying. The drilling machine ran out of water and the assistant had to get a plastic bottle and fill up at the sink and pour it into the machine, wires were hanging out of the ceiling.
Hygiene was not good , on the second visit I met some girls at the clinic, I bumped into them 2 days later and we all had cold sores around our mouths which we have never had before. 3 Rd and final visit was no different.
On all three visits there has never been a cab waiting at the airport, First time I caught my own cab, second I had to wait 30 minutes an third waited for 30 minutes then taken to a hotel they had booked for me, taxis left and hotel told me there was no reservation and they were fully booked and this was 1am in the morning.
*******Please do not use this company, they lie, terrible work, and don't fix all there mistakes . I recorded all visits and caught out all the lies.*******

Don't be fooled by the response, the teeth are hugely different sizes and they will respond here before the complaints directly to the customer care that I have been waiting 2 weeks for . Absalutely discusting. And if you fit teeth twice the size of original teeth when they were healthy when I did not want that. Your company is a complete joke

I want to say a big thank you to Dr. Deniz for her professionalism and care—truly an outstanding dentist! Also, a warm thanks to her cheerful and helpful assistant, whose happy energy made the experience even better. Special thanks to Ahmed, Houda, and Yasmin as well for their excellent service and dedication. They are truly service-minded and make a big difference!

However, I do need to point out that the biggest challenge with this clinic is the miscommunication and disorder within the sales and planning department. It really affects the overall experience and can make what should be a smooth visit unnecessarily stressful. I hope this part of the clinic improves soon, because the medical and support staff definitely deserve a better system around them.

Dr Aykut treated me at Dentakay, , I cannot stress how brilliant he was his patient care and understanding 💯 thankyou so much he did a great job and made alteration to make sure I was totally happy .

I am currently on holiday staying in a hotel frequently used for people having treatment with Dentakay. I had no intention of even considering getting my teeth done, however after listening to endless positive reviews around the pool about the service and professionalism they have received i thought I’d pay them a visit.
I walked there (less than a mile away) knocked on the door and they welcomed me in with open arms, gave me a free X-ray, took professional photos and then a detailed examination and consultation.
All of this was with no sales pitch, no pressure and just a ‘we’d love to see you again’ farewell.
I know have all the info I need and have the satisfaction of knowing that I have seen the building (which is stunning!) and met the staff.
If in doubt or hesitation, just book a cheap holiday and check it out first. I could well be returning in a few months!

I am delighted with the results of my treatment. Having never been to a different country to have treatment I was a bit nervous. William E who dealt with me ( +90 543 513 09 94 )helped me through the process and would reply to my emails almost instantly to help with any questions that I had. The team at Dentakay Antalya were very pleasant and the dentists themselves were brilliant. When you see how professional everything is and how state of the art the equipment is you quickly feel at ease. I would highly recommend Dentakay. Thanks for my new smile.

I have just completed my 2nd trip to Dentakay and my final treatment of implants and crowns. From the first visit, I have been looked after and supported by Dentakay Team from every department. Dr Ayukut Gunduz has completed the majority of my treatment and I cannot recommend him enough, he is amazing and just for the treatment I have received, I will continue to return for any future check ups or treatments. I was consulted throughout and the work was discussed with my input as I wanted a more natural look on completion, which was achieved. Julie one of the patient assistants has also been fantastic on both my treatments visits and the kind of friendliness and support every dentist surgery should have.
I basically can’t praise Dentakay enough and have already began recommending to people I know

The clinic equipments are modern and highly sophisticated.

Anyone who wants to do the Crown procedure, I highly recommend this clinic more than any other clinic both here in Turkey and England.

With my chosen treatment “Invisalign” as long as you are prepared to make four appointments for the 2years completion treatment, you will definitely get value for money and guess what? You can turn your treatment journeys as part of your holiday to truly unwind from pressure of life.
The hotel and the services that come with my treatment is one in a million.

Falcon Hotel four stars with fantastic customer service, great staff mostly the receptionist management gives me great pleasure. I will definitely be staying at this beautiful hotel with tasty food selections, and great environment that gives you a total package of relaxation.
