AFTER CARE IS SHOCKING…
Anyone deciding to use dentakay just know on arrival someone will take you in to a separate room and price will be raised to start with the actual dentist are good at what they do but I did have a failed implant which resulted in me having to travel back after 2 weeks which i had to pay for travel and hotel out my own pocket trying to get replies off after care is very poor and also trying to get a reply to reimburse for flight and hotel for revisit for a failed implant I’ve literally just been ignored if I’m completely honest they want you in and out no real care to it I’m very surprised at some of these 5 star reviews I’ve read because speaking to other people at the clinic they didn’t have great feedback either so this is just a heads up for anyone contemplating using dentakay.

I have waited a while to write this so…
I have waited a while to write this so I can honestly review. I was nervous about going over at first but the whole experience was first class. The communication with Ethan was spot on, he answered every question promptly but not pushy in any way. The transport was waiting for me on arrival at the airport and for all my appointments. The clinic was clean and state of art Yes the price went up but I was aware it might as I needed implants not crowns as my teeth were in a bad way. The dentist took me through the X-rays and explained in detail why, I was given time to think and decide if I wanted to go ahead again no pressure to do so. There was some pain after and swelling as is expected but I was amazed that after having a lot of teeth removed there was no bruising. The hotel ( falcon) is also very good and clean also peaceful and the spa relaxing.
I broke a piece of my temps ( my own fault) but the after care team were fantastic at replying to me and reassured me that the implant looked ok and offered for me to come back early if I was concerned ( I only had a few weeks left so decided to wait ). I go for my finals in just over a week and can’t wait
The only little gripe I have is that organising the return trip ( also includes flights and hotel included) Mary sometimes takes a while to answer, she may work part time or maybe Ethan goes above and beyond 🤷♀️. But it doesn’t affect the rating as I do get answered

Had a great experience with Dentakay. I had a bridge covering 2 missing front teeth which snapped I decided to come to Turkey to have it replaced, after reading many reviews, not all good, I decided on Dentakay for my treatment.
Since arriving in Turkey everyone has been very friendly, helpful and the dental care very professional. Every step has been explained well, the cost went up a little but I expected it has its hard to quote accurately from photos.
Very happy with my temporary teeth and can recommend Dentakay highly. Thank you

Life changing
Of course the treatment was painful but my teeth were really bad, I had infection and needed surgery also. I haven't been able to smile properly since I was around 12 years old due to neglectful parents so my treatment has been life changing and if I needed to, i'd do it all over again.
I haven't been able to stop smiling and I can not thank you guys at Dentakay enough! I look forward to hopefully seeing my before and after photos displayed on your pages, as I sure am so proud of my smile now😁

I can smile again!
After many years of suffering with toothache and awful looking teeth I knew I needed to get some serious work done but the UK dentists had no room to accommodate me plus the extortionate price. After a lot of research Dentakay seemed to come out on top and I’m glad I chose them. From the consultation over message to the team in the clinic everyone has been helpful and supportive. I have another visit in 3 months time to fit the last of my crowns but I’m so happy I can smile again! For anyone worried about the pain rest assured they consistently check in and make sure you are comfortable and I felt no pain in any of my procedures and I have a fair few! Anyone from the UK that’s worried about it just go for it. You won’t regret it.

From initial messages to arriving in Turkey. Nothing was to much trouble for any of the staff. They explained every procedure and communication was second to none. I have never had service like it in my life. Exceptional.

Had my consultation by phone everything looked great. Price supposed to be 7000, I asked them if price can change during the treatment they said that it can go up not more than 100£
I went to turkey in November, had my first consultation and price went up 14000£
I refused the treatment and just paid for transportation and hotel 900£
Forgot to mention about the transportation ! Had to wait next to the airport more than hour for them with the baby !
I’m so happy that I didn’t go with the treatment there. They are lying about everything!!

not happy i researched this treatment for a couple of years and i have been happy with the service upto now, however i've just had my final set of teeth with a great smile. i was home a week and they have cracked at the front and are slightly wobbly so im a little worried, ive messed them thinking they would get me on a flight for a couple of nights stay to get it sorted to my horror this is the reply i got,
Good morning Mr. We hope you are doing well. We consulted our medical team, and unfortunately, the fracture is not clearly visible in the photos. For this reason, the medical team is requesting that you take new X-rays to provide a clearer view of your crowns. Alternatively, since you benefit from a warranty, if you plan to visit Turkey in the future, please let us know so we can arrange a follow-up appointment for you. The doctor will address any issues identified during the check-up. If you have any other questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us as needed.
so basically i have paid £11,500 for all the work and a new set of teeth that lasted a week and now have a crack, originally the treatment was suppose to be £6500. i thought they would reach out to help me resolve also the customer service and aftercare lets this company down massively as you message them in pain and they sometimes takes days to get back to you. i would be more than happy if i didn't have a crack in a set of teeth that just cost me £4000. really don't think this is acceptable. and feel like getting in touch with sky news just how they have been with sky news telling them how good they are. kind regards mr A
