This is our second time back to complete the implant process. The doctors and staff were just as efficient as the first visit. The process was detailed and we felt catered to at every step of the way. The final product was wonderful. After almost 20 years having lost my teeth after child birth I now feel like I have my confidence back again.
If I could recommend one thing, it would be to advertise more in Canada, as DentaKay is truly a hidden gem that deserves to be discovered by others. You provide a wonderful, cost-effective solution for dental implants.

Where do I even begin? I went to Dentakay for veneers. After taking my X-rays, they told me everything looked fine and that I did NOT need a root canal. Then after starting the work, they suddenly claimed I needed THREE root canals or it would “affect the veneers” and cause future problems. They pushed hard for me to do them and even offered to do the root canals for free.

I agreed, and now here we are… it’s May 11th and every single root canal they did on April 29th STILL hurts. I’ve called and left messages every day, and nobody has returned my calls.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I’ve been on pain medication ever since I left Dentakay. It is NOT safe or normal to take pain meds every single day just to be able to eat.

At this point, I truly feel like I never needed those root canals in the first place. It seems like everyone who goes to Dentakay suddenly “needs” a root canal or extraction just to end up with a cheap bridge. This whole experience has been painful, stressful, and unacceptable.

Overall I’m satisfied with the work was done. However, the clinic should work on hygiene, communication and time management.

From the very beginning, my experience with Dentakay Nish Clinic has been nothing short of outstanding. I travelled for a full-mouth transformation with upper and lower All-on-X treatment using Nobel Biocare implants with immediate temporary teeth, and from day one I felt I was in safe, experienced hands.

What impressed me straight away was their honesty, professionalism, and genuine care for their patients. My final treatment cost actually came in lower than originally planned, which showed real integrity and that patient care comes before anything else.

Throughout my entire journey, the team at Dentakay Nish Clinic were always in contact, checking in regularly, answering every question quickly, and making me feel supported every step of the way. Travelling abroad for such life-changing treatment can feel daunting, but their communication and organisation made everything so much easier.

The dentists, surgeons, coordinators, and every member of staff were incredibly professional, caring, and attentive. Having multiple extractions followed by upper and lower full-arch implant treatment in one session is a huge step, but the way they explained everything and looked after me gave me complete confidence.

I’m genuinely so grateful to the whole Dentakay Nish Clinic team for changing my smile and my confidence. I’m already excited to come back for my final teeth, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dentakay Nish Clinic to anyone considering full-mouth implant treatment.

I would like to share my recent experience at your clinic.

Communication with your assistant via WhatsApp prior to my visit was very good, and everything seemed well-organised. However, upon arrival, my experience was disappointing.

At reception, the administrator was not welcoming and came across as rude, which made me feel uncomfortable from the start.

I had travelled specifically for implant treatment, which had been agreed in advance. After waiting for several hours, I was taken for an X-ray and examination. At that point, the doctor informed me that an implant would not be possible and instead suggested a bridge. This was unexpected and should have been clarified before my travel.

I explained to Mahmoud( I am not sure about this assistant name) that I needed time to discuss this decision with my father and my boyfriend, who was with me. At the same time, Mahmoud mentioned that we might need to change our flight tickets, as the bridge treatment could take five working days. However, later that same evening, the doctor said the treatment would be completed the next day. This inconsistency was frustrating, especially as travel plans had been agreed in advance.

After this discussion, Mahmoud disappeared, and we were left waiting again for a long time just to confirm that we agreed to proceed with treatment. Eventually, Kamil stepped in and helped us, and things started moving more efficiently. Kamil was absolutely professional and care about people.

The following day, the doctor completed the treatment. I am happy with the final result and appreciate the doctor’s work.

However, I am not satisfied with the overall service. The clinic appeared extremely busy, and it seemed you were handling more patients than you could manage. Waiting times were excessive and poorly managed.

Additionally, my father, who had treatment at your clinic two years ago (for which he paid £11,000), came for a check-up. We were previously told via WhatsApp that no appointment was needed. However, due to how busy the clinic was, he was not seen at all. This was very disappointing, especially considering the time and money spent to travel for aftercare.

While I appreciate the quality of the dental work, the organisation, communication, and patient care need significant improvement.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving your service.

I’ve had a good experience.
From the beginning, communication with the agency—particularly Clay—was very good. He was consistently helpful, kept in regular contact, and remained supportive even while I was at the clinic undergoing procedures. That level of communication was truly appreciated.
Transport was not always perfectly organised. While there were some improvements during my stay, there were still issues—particularly on my final day. After my procedure had finished, I waited around 1 hour and 30 minutes for a taxi. During this time, a driver who did not speak English arrived and took another couple staying at the same hotel in a 6-seater vehicle, leaving me behind, even though I had travelled with them earlier. I was unsure why I couldn’t join the same ride, and this wasn’t explained to me, which made the situation a bit confusing.
A special thank you to Dr. Sila Solmaz and her team who has been outstanding. She made me feel comfortable, reassured me throughout my treatment, and explained everything clearly. She also stepped in to complete work that was originally planned with another doctor. I would very much like to continue my treatment with her when I return.
Kamil was also excellent—he went above and beyond with communication, regularly checking in and making sure I was okay. His support made a big difference to my overall experience.
There were a few moments where communication could have been clearer, particularly on the day of my implants with Dr. Turhan Bick, as well as during some scheduling delays. At times, things felt a little rushed, and I would have appreciated more explanation during procedures and better updates regarding waiting times.
That said, these issues did not take away from the overall quality of care I received. The team remained professional, and when there were misunderstandings, they were addressed—especially by Dr. Sila, who was very reassuring.
Overall, Dentakay is a great clinic with a strong and caring team. With a bit more consistency in communication and better coordination of transport and scheduling, the experience would be even better. I look forward to returning to complete my treatment
Please sort transport to hotel properly. Dr TB is a good Dr but he should stop rushing patient if he is running late it's fine to be late than to rush.

If you want genuine care and quality service, Dentakay is NOT the clinic to go to. I was extremely disappointed having spent over USD $1000 to fly to Istanbul, only to be told that they could not do the implant we’ve discussed.

Before confirming my appointment, I sent my pictures and a recent x-ray to the agent. After which I was told the dentist looked over and proposed a plan for an implant. I asked about the permanent tooth that was stuck in my gum horizontally and was told they would not remove it, they would just put the implant in.

I made the appointment and I traveled to Istanbul, and on the day of my appointment the clinic was packed with patients and staff walking around, looking flustered. Listening to some of the customers in the waiting room, they’ve waiting for hours without no updates. It seemed like they were clearly taking on more than they could handle.

When it was my turn, they took the same type of x-ray that I already sent from my local dentist and told me the implant would not be possible as the space is too small and they would need to extract the permanent tooth in the gum. They suggested I shaved down the teeth on the sides of the gap to put a bridge and expected me to make that decision right then and there.

On top of that, there was no consideration as to the accommodation, no apology. I had to find another place to stay that same day or pay over USD $900 for the 5 day stay at the hotel that was supposed to be included in the package. Mind you, this was more than half the price of the full package. I guess the hotel stay was much more expensive than the actual procedure.

The agent and security came running after me when I walked out of the clinic refusing to pay for a one day stay at the hotel. They said even though I never spent any time at the hotel, I still have to pay for the first day since they already made the reservation. As if I didn’t pay enough to come all the way to Istanbul for nothing.

Zero stars for your customer service, Dentakay. It’s not the fact that you didn’t say upfront that you could not do the implant. It’s the way you handled it.

Reading some of the other reviews, it seems like your strategy is to get people to come to Istanbul even though the surgery that they look forward to is not possible and then you break the news and expect them to agree to something else, just so you can get business. If that is in fact true, it’s shameful.

This is my honest review without being pressured into it ! At first I was skeptical because maybe I didn’t understand the process. Me and my wife had a full mouth restoration done at Dentakay. Yes the price has gone up then initially stated but I did needed extra work done such as a bone grafting operation! My gums to the left top of my side of my mouth has sunk after putting the zirconia crowns on which resulted in a gap between the gums and the crowns ! On my second visit The Doctor have removed the affected area crowns and on my top right as well as they have moved and created another gap - thats because I couldn’t have the full mouth done in one go because I had a healing period of 6 months - Bone grafting and implants . So because there was no resistance they have moved . They have removed the affected crowns and replaced them with new ones , no extra cost no questions asked . Cleanliness - Absolutely everything is spotless and sterilised- never once have I seen anything wrong ! Hotels and transportation from Hotel to Clinic and back is covered! Flights are optional! Honestly I cannot fault them ! They are professional beyond belief and very attentive! Me and my wife are both happy with the final product. A new smile ! Honestly - Thank you Dentakay Team at Nish ! Ok so let's start at the beginning. Good communication from the start, so I was able to plan my trip and stay informed of my upcoming treatment plan. We decided to book our own hotel. We chose the Grand Harilton. A reasonably good choice for the money about 25 minutes from the clinic. After initially booking our own taxi for the first visit, the clinic provided all other pick ups and drop offs in a luxury Merc Vito.
Upon arrival, I was promptly seen by a co-ordinator and brought to get X rays and start treatment. A good start. My Dentist was a young lady. Very professional and friendly and made me feel at ease. First day treatment was 23 teeth shaved for crowns and two extractions. Almost painless apart from a wisdom tooth with an infection. Even so, it was fine. Second day was a little different. Waiting two hours before treatment. Two more extractions and gum prepared for 3 implants. Also had a sinus lift. All good at the end. 3rd day was a bit of a disaster. Teeth didn't come back from the lab. 5 hour wait with no real communication from anyone as to what was happening. Had to keep asking. Not a happy patient. Sent back to hotel without treatment. A few rescheduled appointments later and got them fitted and I have to say, they look great! So a bit of mixed feelings. The Dental team are amazing and super professional. The treatment organisation wasn't as good as I had expected. Be prepared for delays. If someone had told us what was happening, I would have accepted it no problem. But it was the breakdown in communication that spoiled an otherwise amazingly positive experience. I return again with confidence in September to have 3 crowns fitted and I am looking forward to it. I want to acknowledge the professionalism of my Dental team, and in particular Sila Solmaz my Dentist. A great asset to the Dentakay team. 😀 Overall, it's got to be 9/10 for all at Dentakay. The doctors and nurses who attended to me were kind and sympathetic and all other staff in the clinic was helpful in anyway possible during and after the first part of the procedure.

So, communication was excellent. I struggled getting Internet the first night but then all was good. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The translators were great. The procedure was brutal, but I had a lot of work done very quickly. Explanations for work done were clear and I understood the reasons for decisions made. I was troubled by the number of extractions going from 10 to 8 when I questioned why I was being billed for 10. I payed for eight. I had the meds explained to me very well. The transportation between airport, hotel and clinic was very good. The hotel was great, though I had to stick to soup once the work was done. I am recovering well and look forward to getting my permanent teeth on my next visit.

This was my first visit to Dentakay, and from start to finish, everything was handled with great professionalism. The hotel was excellent, and the daily transfers from the airport and between the hotel and clinic ran smoothly without any issues. The doctors and assistants provided outstanding care, and I am completely satisfied with the treatment.
A special thanks goes to Mr. René Marius, who was my main point of contact. He guided me throughout the entire process with exceptional friendliness and attentiveness, and continues to be available after the treatment for any questions.
I am already looking forward to my second visit in three months and to receiving further care at Dentakay.

After searching for dental clinics in Turkey, I came across Dentakay in Istanbul. From initial enquiry to flight to Turkey, everything was very well organised. You are made aware of the treatment plans available to you in the beginning and then you are given the option to choose what suits your circumstances the best.

I can’t commend enough Doctor Mert, who did an amazing job with my teeth, well happy with the results and translator Mouhamet, who kept me well informed during the entire process. Truly a seamless process from start to finish. A highly recommended dental clinic in Istanbul— would not hesitate to return for anything in future.

1st class service from first telephone consultation right through to leaving with my newly crowned teeth. I could not be more happy with the service so far.
