Jose was friendly and extremely…

Jose was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I called because I had an abundant amount of questions that I needed to ask an actual person. He was patient and very detail oriented. I felt very comfortable signing up after his easy to follow, yet precise and thourough explanation of my policy. In my line of work, there is a multitude of independent contractors that need to aquire their own personal insurance policies and I am going to recommend Guardian to each and every one of them! Thank you for making a seemingly stressful process easy and comforting.

Cumbersome , unfair processs!

I called a week ago to inform America’s that my husband had passed away. I told them I wanted to cancel his part of our dental plan, but keep me on the plan. They asked me to send a death serificate which I did, but they never said anything about my plan being terminated as well. I received a letter from America’s on Saturday 5/2/26 saying that my plan had been terminated as well! I had to call today and learned that I needed to sign up for a plan for myself. They switched me to sales to do that, but he had no knowledge of my previous plan ,but told me I would have to go back to customer service to request credit for that plan being applied to my new plan. Very cumbersome and unfair way to treat along time customer!

The first couple days we could not…

The first couple days we could not summit our plan and didn’t get a call back as they stated , we had to keep calling to get things going and then when we the policy emails they were incorrect.. after 3 to 4 days of trying we finally got someone to help us .. this should have been done in a click of the mouse!!!!
