I wrote this review 7 months ago and I wish I hadn’t. Over this 7 months Dental Law led me on a merry chase, exhausting me and putting my hopes up and then after all my efforts and my poor family dentist who exhausted considerable efforts to help me by providing records from years ago, they rejected my case suggesting that I could make my own claim online presumably because it wasn’t worth their while using the vaguest, spurious reasoning. In future I will wait before I trust a firm. I feel like such a fool.
(The lady I spoke to, Ms McCallum, was very professional, approachable and sensitive to my health condition. She made me very comfortable explaining sensitive information and was very understanding of the trauma I had experienced during my medical treatment. She made sure she checked if I was ok to divulge sensitive information so I felt ok to do so. The firm didn’t pester me after I approached them which gave me time to think about what I needed to say. At the same time, they got back to me immediately about a decision. This is the best law firm I have ever dealt with and MsMcFadden is the right person to deal with these sensitive cases. I can’t say enough basically)

DO NOT USE THE DENTAL LAW PARTNERSHIP.
If you have a complaint against a dentist report it to The General Dental Council.
They are highly professional, compassionate and trust worthy. I feel totally vindicated after The General Dental Council investigated and examined all the evidence I provided them with and their report concluded that "his professional practice fell far below the standard they would expect".
The Dental Law Partnership have none of the attributes or qualities of the General Dental Council. My experience with the DLP was appalling! A complete waste of my time and energy and it has had a huge impact on my emotional health.
After nearly seven years of dealing with the DLP and with no resolution in sight, I could not continue with the claim.
Every bad review I have read mirrors my own experience of the DLP.
To date I have spent over £15.000 trying to have the damaged rectified and that is on going.
I received £3.850.00 from the DLP and they got £39.000.00!!!!!
The Dental Law Partnership let me down, shame on them. DON'T USE THEM

I was really apprehensive about calling as I didn’t know what to expect. The lady I spoke to was really patient and explained everything thoroughly. She took all the details and told me they would be in touch after reviewing my case. I was really surprised that I received a call back the same day. I’m really impressed with the service received.

When considering pursuing a negligence claim, it can be challenging to decide whether to enlist the help of a solicitor. However, my experience with The Dental Law Partnership reassured me from the very first contact until my case was resolved. I worked closely with Paula, the senior solicitor, whose communication and guidance were outstanding. Her professional demeanor and sincere advice made a significant difference throughout the process. I highly recommend The Dental Law Partnership for anyone seeking support in dental negligence cases.
