A very bad experience
THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!!!
I purcased and paid for a dental item only to find that
the order had been cancelled the next day . There was no refund . I sent emails asking for a refund but with no reply. The only reason I gave one star was they don't have negative numbers. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.
BE WARNED! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I received the dental kit and had to…
I received the dental kit and had to place the rubber tip into the top of the liquid bottle to be able to dispense the product. The tip was so big it wouldn’t fit. I called to speak with a woman about it. She said she would send me an email with instructions on sending it back. Now I have to wait, God knows how long, to get another one.
I ended up heating the top of the bottle enough to scape the inside enough to force the top in the bottle. I can now use it.
It’s ok, but not the best bond for crowns. I spent $80 for it, the liquid bottle being half full. There won’t be enough for all of the powder. I also paid $10 for shipping. Will not be buying from this company again.

I was sent this link to review before my product arrived, so I rated customer service for help in placing the order. I placed the order of July 19th as of July 30th it has not been received. I called to find out where my order was and was told -"oh it is out of stock and we will not receive it until August 16th" (mike drop) I then had to pull it out of him as to when I would receive it-" in about 2-3 days later" I asked if I had been sent an email in regards to the delay -"no" . I had already checked my email and knew what the answer was! Not happy that my product won't be delivered for a month after the order was placed, not happy that I was not notified.
