A Life-Changing, Pain-Free Experience at Dentaprime
I cannot recommend Dentaprime highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease.
Planning & Pricing: A huge thank you to Milly, who handled my dental plan and pricing. She made everything so clear and straightforward from the start.
The Procedure: Dr. Yasmin "Habibi" is truly the best. She was so gentle and caring throughout. I had implants and a bone graft done with no pain at all.
The Atmosphere: I felt so relaxed and happy with the care from my dental nurse Deanna that I was even having a little dance while getting my implants and bone graft done! It’s rare to find a clinic where you can feel that comfortable during surgery.
The Results: Dr. Ivan, who fitted my temporary teeth, was brilliant. He explained everything perfectly and made sure I was happy with the result.
The Welcome: A special shoutout to the lovely James on reception and all the girls at the front desk who always make you feel so welcome and looked after.
If you are looking for dental work where you feel genuinely cared for, this is the place to go!

I put my trust in this company and was messed about by them for months. Wrong Information given over and over. Ill fitting bridge incorrectly made causing a speech impediment. So many people have issues with this company they eared the nick name denta crime. They reply asking me to contact them but I am always in touch with them via email what app Facebook messenger and phone calls which ive now started to record on my end as there have been times they denied speaking to me even though I have the call log. Shame on u.
Please stop gas lighting me. You are well aware that I have been given wrong information on many occasions. Which is why my complaint was upheld. Stop pretending you actual do something when you mess up I have been for more xrays in February as you well know. And u are supposed to repair my left hand side where you messed up and left me with a speech impediment still waiting on a plan I have every right to let potential customers know what to expect. You dont even have a waiting room fgs. Use this company at your own risk

Implant restorations can sometimes require refinements during the adaptation period, and these are normally addressed as part of the treatment process.
We also strongly refute the suggestion that communication is denied or avoided. Our teams document patient interactions across phone, email, and messaging channels to ensure continuity of care. If there has been any misunderstanding, we would prefer to address this constructively rather than through repeated public exchanges.
As previously stated, we remain willing to review your case in detail through the appropriate clinical and complaints process to ensure everything has been assessed properly.

I have done an appointment but when I checked the reviews I wanted to cancel it , I call them within the time of cancellation that said you have the right to cancel and they will give you the deposit back but they said they will not and they give me other appointment date but I didn't attend because I see they are not professionals, first because they are not honestly they keep the money for the deposit and don't respect what they said in their website, and the experience for others patients in this clinic are 80% bad , so I loose £50 but I save thousands , I have spoken with some patients that they have bad experiences and they spend more money in other clinic to repair what dentaprime has done. Avoid if you have all ready pay for consultation it's better to loose this amount then loose thousands.

Refund eligibility depends on factors such as the notice period provided and whether the appointment slot has already been allocated and confirmed. Deposits are not retained arbitrarily, and we aim to apply our policy consistently and fairly to all patients.
We also take issue with the suggestion that we are dishonest or unprofessional. Dentaprime works with qualified clinicians and structured treatment protocols, and thousands of patients successfully complete treatment with us each year. However, we understand that online reviews can influence decisions, and we respect every patient’s right to choose the provider they feel most comfortable with.
If you believe your cancellation was handled incorrectly, we would be happy to review your case again.
