Wonderful experience.
I had a great experience with Dentaprime, all the team are friendly and kind,they listen to you and explain everything.
After six months I have a lovely set of zirconia gnashers, I can smile with confidence, I can eat properly again, chewing food as it should be chewed, something that I could not do for years even with my original teeth because of the state of them.
Dentaprime have given me something else, I now have piece of mind again. I did not realise how depressed I was with my original teeth, I could not smile, I was conscious when talking to other people. I am now happy and smiling and laughing again.

Incompetent conartists
After agreement for upper implants dentaprime performed a sinus lift.
Immediately after the my sense of smell has more than half gone
permanently, taste gone 30 percent permanently.
The temporary denture provided had buck teeth and broke in half.
Made by incompetent trainees.
Now dentaprime want to perform a nasal lift for a extra £1500.
Treatment plan stalled.
Come artists avoid at any cost.

Dentaprime works with qualified and experienced clinicians, and all surgical procedures are performed according to established medical protocols. However, as with any surgical treatment, particularly procedures involving sinus lift, there are potential risks and complications which are explained to patients as part of the informed consent process.
We are also sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the temporary denture provided. Temporary restorations are intended as a short-term solution during the healing phase, but they should still meet acceptable functional and aesthetic standards, and we regret if this was not your experience.
Regarding any additional procedures recommended, these are only suggested when clinically necessary to ensure a safe and successful long-term outcome. Any costs should be fully explained and agreed with the patient in advance, and we would like to review why this recommendation was made in your case.
We strongly reject the language used in your review, but we do take your concerns seriously and would welcome the opportunity to investigate your treatment history properly and address your complaint through the appropriate clinical channels.

Worst Company EVER!! Use Banning Dental instead they are a safer company to use
Worst Company EVER!!! It makes 12 months Since Dentaprime took my £99.00 refundable deposit and I attended my appointment and didnt want to get my teeth done with them and I have been trying to get my money back for a year, I have gone through extreme abuse and I have told the truth I have been scammed because the deposit it refundable. I have given proof to trustpilot and they have not refunded me and they keep going to trust pilot to get my truthful review taken down. The last review I posted about Dentaprime which is the honest truth (TRUSTPILOT)!!!! Took it down so I am inserting my payment to Dentaprime!!!! I want to see if this will be taken down very disappointed in trustpilot because I am verified. My review is to keep customers safe and protected from companies like this from Dentaprime who lie to people about there refundable deposit knowing that they are lying and if you don't choose to get your teeth done with them, they basically keep and technically steal your money. Customers should know that there are reputable DENTISTs like (Banning dental practice )that offer the same service which would Never EVER not refund your refundable deposit as long as you attend your appoint Banning Dental will always refund you if you choose not to go ahead with any dental work for what ever reason.
