My experience with this company was fantastic from start to finish,the customer service was second to none.
Saw the Nissan Note i wanted on their web site,rang & spoke to Ryan,late Sunday afternoon,he helped me through the buying process even after hours & less than 24hrs later it was delivered to my door.couldn't be happier with this company,definitely recommend using them

So called up one day got it five days later!

Was shown the car via whatsapp as I couldn't go to the showroom.

Was shown round the car looked great. Was delivered to me when they said.

Only issue was that the car had a nail in the tyre which I then had to go get changed but other than that great!

Great service from Ryan throughout from initial phone call to collection of Volvo C30 for my nephew. We travelled from Manchester for a test drive as automatics currently hard to find. A few minor items noted were quickly sorted and we collected the car a week later. This family run business looks after the customer and kept us informed by e mail on progress prior to collection. Good selection of well prepared cars and worth the travel to find a great car. Highly recommended.

Travelled from Leeds to buy a car for my wife. Very friendly and professional car dealership and staff. Warm welcome on arrival and looked after superbly throughout the whole purchase. Car was immaculate and as listed. Any issues we had with the vehicle was sorted for us. Great price vehicles and fair part exchange price given as well. The whole purchase was quick and smooth.

We needed an estate car when we visited Derbyshire Elite Car Sales. All cars were under cover in a large, smart showroom, and the friendly staff were happy to chat with us over a coffee, offering advice when asked without pushing.
We changed our well loved Astra SE Hatch Automatic for an Astra SRI Estate Automatic, with which we are very pleased. It is smart inside and out and nicely comfortable. Elite offered us a very fair exchange deal, with a three month A1 Gold warranty, which we accepted.
Two weeks down the line we couldn't be happier.

I made an appointment at Derbyshireelitecarsales for midday,when I turned up the guys were waiting for me. I had a look around the Mini Cooper Convertible,which I had seen online,took it for a test drive,& got back to the showroom & paid the asking price. Drove it away about 2 hours later. Both the guys were very helpful. There are some very nice cars in the showroom,would highly recommend a visit.

I am really happy with the service Derbyshire elite provided. The moment I walked in I was greated by a member of staff who made me feel extremely welcome. I was very indecisive of what type of car I wanted but after speaking to Ryan he pointed me in the right direction. This was the 5th car dealer I went to this week and the only one that seemed to be genuine and not trying to rip you off. I was even able to leave with the car there and then on the day as they provided me with 5 day insurance cover for just £15. I will be coming back before the end of the year to purchase a mini cooper for my Mrs. All in all I'm extremely happy with the service provided and would highly recommend them to anyone
