BEWARE! They will take your money and not help you.

I had the product originally for one year when the hinge broke. I purchased a second one and had it for about 9 months and the hinge also began to break. I would only slide my foot in and out without having to open the device so there was never any stress on the hinge. After using the product for 2 years, twice a day, I had barely any noticeable results.

When I contacted customer support they seemed eager to help, but with every interaction they kept insisting on having pictures of the affected nails saying they needed it in order to process a replacement. This sounded very suspicious to me. I refused for a while, and they said that they would not be able to help without the pictures. So, I reluctantly gave in and sent them photos with the expressed condition that they were for internal use only to help me and not to be posted on their website or social media. After sending the photos they refused to answer any more emails about replacing the product.

I contacted them at the beginning of November 2025 and throughout that month. I reluctantly sent the photos at the beginning of December 2025. After 3 more attempts to contact them in December, and getting no response I gave up realizing that this company doesn't care, the product doesn't work, they just want your money.

Not Getting Promised Support

I purchased the laser and double pack of enhancer fluids from Dermachom.com for $246.36 on February 27, 2025. Having battled toenail fungus for a long time, I was willing to give it a try. I used it daily and was slowly starting to see improvement.
On Nov 20, I did my normal treatment and then plugged it in to recharge the battery. When I returned the unit was dead. It would no longer respond to charging and would not turn on.
I immediately wrote to the Dermachom Support team and got a response the next day with instructions for proper charging. They requested 2 photos to verify my charging setup and added, “We’ll get to the bottom of this together…” Referring to the photo request they added: “That helps me diagnose the exact issue and see whether we need to replace the unit for you.” The final statement was: “Once I have your photos, I’ll take care of the next steps right away.” So I immediately sent off what was requested and was encouraged and looking forward to a replacement arriving.
On Nov 26, having heard nothing in return, I wrote again asking what was happening. No reply. I wrote again on Dec 1 and Dec 8 asking for their help so I could please get back to treatments.
Dec 16 I sent another email describing the progress the treatments were appearing to make and my desire to continue. On Dec 19 I got a nice email asking for a 5 Star review on Trustpilot and a free set of enhancer pens as a token of appreciation if I did. I responded that I would be happy to leave a positive review as soon as the replacement laser arrived. As requested, I included a video which demonstrated my charger and cable were working fine, the unit had failed. The conversation again went silent.
I wrote again on Jan 11, 2026 and finally Jan 18, asking if they could please respond to let me know what was happening, and please send me a replacement.
So now, Jan 26, after repeated efforts to sort this out over a two-month period, I’ve still not gotten any indication of actual assistance. A replacement should have been sent out right away and I sent photos and a video to demonstrate the problem was clearly with the unit.
I’m really disappointed because I think their products may be helpful, but that’s a lot of money for a unit that is not being supported. Let the buyer beware.

DO NOT PURCHASE

I ordered the single toe laser and noticed the "ON" button was difficult to engage. After using daily for 2 months, it quit working altogether after fully charging. I have reached out to the company repeatedly to rectify. Although they claim a 90 day money back guarantee, they do not even respond so it's basically a scam.

Toenail Fungus Cure !

When I was diagnosed with toe fungus my podiatrist prescribed a topical medication . After many months of daily usage there weren’t any changes.
I decided to try the dermachom and I have seen significant improvement. I had 9 toes affected and now I’m not embarrassed to go barefoot at the beach. I highly suggest using this system

I'm getting good results and the infection is dying off!

I have been battling with the infection underneath my fingernails after getting acrylic nails at a salon. It's been over a year now and the best results I've had have been since I started using the laser machine and the healing medicine which I also purchased from the company. I know it's going to be a long haul but I do find if I miss a day or two the infection seems to come back so I am surrendered to the fact that I'm going to need to use this machine every day and when I have time twice a day. I also bought their probiotic formula to help take care of the fungal problem from the inside out. I highly recommend using the Whole program and I wonder if some of the negative reviews were from people who were expecting a quick fix. They make no secret of the fact this needs to be done for months but I feel I'm on the mend and I'm sending a picture of my nails to prove it. Before I started using the machine the nails were black underneath! I wish I'd taken a photo but I didn't even think about it. I may post another photo when it gets even better. I'm looking forward to the whites of my nails being nice and even and to not have the infection come back ! Thank you Dermachrom, if I had to go get the laser treatment at the doctors it would cost a fortune. Darn it! there's nowhere to post a photo😩

Amazing results & outstanding support!

I’ve been using the nail-treatment device for a few weeks now, and the difference is night-and-day. My fingernails were brittle, ridged, and the sides were thickened and curved from years of damage. Difficult to justify at first, but ultimately worth every penny

The price of the "Inside-Out Complete Solution" was difficult for me to justify. I was extremely hesitant, but the 90-day guarantee convinced me to give it a shot. I'm so glad I did.

I've been battling a severe, stubborn toenail fungus on both my big toes for over 20 years. I bought the 'The Inside-Out Complete Solution' kit and used it daily

The results were and still are incredible. My worst toe was completely healed in just 8 to 10 weeks. It’s now been almost four months, and the new nail is growing in 100% clear and healthy for the first time in decades.

If you're on the fence because of the price, trust me: this is the only thing that has ever worked for me, and it is incredibly easy to use. My only regret is not buying it sooner.

Lastly, set your expectations accordingly. It isn't going to work overnight, but it DOES WORK, if you commit to using it as recommended.

Be Patient—It Works

I had bought the single-toe version and did see progress, but it was tedious doing one toe at a time. When I saw a sale on the 5-toe model, I bought two. Now it's like being in a salon!
Treatment for nail fungus is incredibly slow, even if you go to a doctor and get pills (which made me sick).
I'd say take "before" pictures and give it 4-6 weeks.

I can’t say 100% that it works but I can say after many years and much money spent on this issue I’m seeing a small improvement. I have been using the machine for about a month but I did not purchase the pen, I think if I had the progress and improvement would be faster. I’m hoping after I start using the pen it will speed the process up.

Promising Product and Amazing Customer Service

I received the anti-fungal laser on 5/31/25 and started daily treatments of my toe nails the next day. As of today, 3 months later, I have noticed some improvement in my nails and plan to continue the treatments for, at least, another 3 months. I am hopeful the nails will continue to improve.

On a related note, there has been a significant improvement in the fungus-related dry skin between my toes. It is now almost completely gone.

The most positive experience so far has been with Customer Service. I have asked a number of questions and they have responded to each thoughtfully and in a timely manner. Most impressive was their handling of a recent issue with one of the enhancer pens. A newly opened pen, for reasons unknown, prematurely ran dry. I wrote to Customer service to ask if it would be possible to receive a replacement for that specific pen. Not only did they replace the pen, but did so by sending a new four-pen package! That definitely exceeded my expectations!

Been using Dermachom laser…

Been using Dermachom anti fungal laser faithfully since NOVEMBER 2024 on my big toes. Still don’t have an inkling of the beginning of a clear nail growing in.

Simply doesn't work in time frame for money back guarantee.save your money.

I bought this product at considerable expense and so had a lot of personal investment in following instructions carefully. I knew toe nails growth takes ages so waited patiently for results, whilst using product every day. Eventually decided to ask for my money back given no evidence of progress. Dermachon refused as guarantee just out of DD are. But you can't complain within the time frame!

I guess I had high hopes

I guess I had high hopes. Been using this unit for “8 MONTHS” with the accelerator on my big toe on each foot. New growth is not cleared at all and nails are still thick.

Total and utter Scam

Total and utter Scam
I ordered my device on the 15th of May and £192 was debited out of my bank account on the same day.
It is now 8 weeks later , 9th of July , and as yet no device has arrived. This amounts to Theft so please do not trust this company/website as they will steal your money

Device stopped working - no response

Device stopped working after about a month of use and sent several emails to Dermachom to resolve and there has been no response. Very disappointed. Cannot recommend.

Don't buy

Ordering the serum for the Dermalyn Dual Action cleanser and it comes completely spilled in the mail.
Then I email customer support and they send replacement that comes completely spilled. I'm returning the product-trying to find a phone number is impossible.

No results. Return within 180 days for a 'full refund' actually means you have to pay the return postage to an address in Florida. Not exactly a full refund in that case

Have used for 8 months with no evidence of improvement at all. Just reading these reviews about the honoring of their guarantees should clue people in on whether this is a scam or not. I would question some of these good reviews based on my experience, then you read about how they handle returns, should tell you all you need to know as to whether this is worth buying or not. In my opinion, it is nothing but a money grab.

Very kind of Dermachron to respond to the review 16 months after it was written. It is my opinion that your product does not approach the success that your advertisements seem to indicate. In looking at various reviews, it seems to become even more obvious. Why would I send photos and expect you to do anything worthwhile when responding sixteen months later. As I said before, people should read the reviews about the product and the and the complaints about the handling of the guarantee and let them decide what they think.
