Avoid buying a product that doesn't work and can't be returned!
I purchased their Onychom Antifungal Laser Device hoping if would help with my toenails. I am unable to use it because it won't fit properly on any of my toes. I never even turned it on and requested a return authorization. Then the games began! The bottom line is that they don't stand behind the product and try to put you through a ridiculous series of "tests" and photographic/video "evidence" gathering. I am a 100% disabled Vietnam Veteran and am disgusted by the treatment and "snarky" emails from this bunch of crooks!

Company gives a fake 180 return policy that they don't honor. They tell you to take pictures of your toes twice a week - and then when you send them, they just say they are fake. Additionally, the product produces no results. Save your money! ** UPDATE ** their fake reply over two years after the fact portends to offer to relook at the case. As expected, I sent them a copy of the original complaint to the email provided and never heard back from them. This company is 100% a scam and they never honor the promises they make. Run, don't walk, as quick as you can from these people.

The product doesn’t work and once you request your refund they ask you for 2 pictures of your toenail of each week that you have used the device . That is in the guarantee of three month satisfaction or return the money, but sneaky the add that part in the terms and conditions that no one reads ..

Scam
Ordered on 6th July no sign of delivery being instigated on 14th July. Emailed on 13th July to say if order not received by 15th July I would apply for a refund through my credit card company, no reply. I suspect this is a scam.
