It’s an automatic subscription once you purchase and no cancellation option on website

Firstly, the product came after 22 days, i used it and it reacted to my sensitive skin. So i wont be able to use it. Secondly, i was charged and it was automatically reordered today the same date I bought without knowing it its gonna be monthly purchased?. I dont want to buy again as my skin doesnt like it.i dont like the automatic deduction and i tried to look for cancellation option but it not working. It keeps saying error all the time. This is ridiculous. No option to cancel what ever automatic subscription they made.

I am very satisfied with the Derma Muse…

I am very satisfied with the Derma Muse foundation stick.
That's why I reordered 4 for myself and my girlfriends for their upcoming birthdays.
The package arrived quickly and in good condition.

After I took off the top of the case, the bottom part of the stick that you use to roll the foundation stick in and out was not properly attached. It came out of the case and the stick was in two pieces. It was not possible to use it and especially not to give it as a gift.

I wrote this to the Support Team.
I received an immediate response to my complaint and within a week they sent replacement sticks for the defective ones.
I am grateful for the work of the Support Team, especially to my contact person, Mila.♥️

I will be using Derma Muse foundation for a long time!

Really impressive

Customer service and communication from this group is great. I probably need one shade darker but it’s hard to determine the right shade online. It feels like a dream: non-greasy and yet leaves my face feeling supple and moisturized. Covers evenly. How do I get one shade darker?

Don’t waste your money 💰

It is disappointing that products like this can even be advertised. I purchased a light and medium color and was SUPER excited for it to arrive.
The disappointment….. it goes on white like stated in the ads, then never blends to anything else. Stayed white and chalky. Looked terrible 😞 moved to the medium, hoping it was just the color. Nope….. same problem. Tried again this weekend while I had more time to blend. Didn’t make a difference. Terrible product and money wasted. Companies need to do better and stop ripping people off.

Bad foundation coverage and bad experience

The worst experience of shopping online ever!
In anonimous mode, without doing any subscription they made me pay for a second order a month later from the first purchase.
And whats worst, I never received this order!
About the product, I'm not satisfied because the coverage is really bad, and it dasn't really change color as they say.
In averall I am very disappointed, I don't recommend this product and this seller!

Derma muse foundation

Laughable, I ordered two sticks as on offer and I finally got them today after 3 weeks. I put o as the videos show and once blended with the brush I looked like coco the clown with the whitest face! Not colour change at all. What a waste of money and im trying to get a refund. Do not buy

Didn't work for me

It turned my face white! I looked like a clown.
April has issued me a 100% refund.
Skincare and complexion products can be very personal, and unfortunately, not every formula works the same way for everyone.

I got two shades-update got a 3rd

I got two shades, light and natural. Both are way too light for my light skin. I thought for sure Natural would be a bit dark on my skin but it is too pale. I will need to request a refund or exchange for a shade that will match.

*Derma Muse contacted me swiftly, and has sent me the dark shade. Once I receive that I will update how well the shade matches.

**I received the "dark" shade and it finally matches my skin! I should have applied moisturizer and primer first because it really isn't forgiving on dry skin. I am hardly a dark or even medium skin toned person. I have light hair & eyes w freckles. A lot of freckles. But the dark shade works. The ladies at Derma Muse worked hard to get this shade to me, so thank you to them and their diligence.

I personally dont like the product

I wasnt that happy with the product as it didnt match my skin tone at all.
I dont see it work for european skin more maybe really asian skin or someone who has really fair skin.
The company handled the situation fairly and refunded my money .

This product is awful…

This product is not how it has been described in their adverts. It did not blend and instead went on my face like stage make up, thick and white. I attempted to blend it and it stayed white on my skin. I contacted customer service immediately to ask for a refund and their first response was advice on how to improve the blending with moisturiser or they would give me a 40% refund. I said this was unacceptable and I expected a full refund. They then came back and told me that they could send me an envelope to post it back but I would be expected to cover the return postage to Asia which may be as much as $100-150. Following this they offered me a 70% refund. I informed them that this felt like I was being scammed and I was posting to social media about it. They have just come back with an option of the address in Asia to send it back to, or I can keep it and get 80% back, which is what I have finally agreed to. Appalling service.

Did not work for me but…

Idk if I’m doing something wrong or if this product just does not work for me but I blended it in, I let it sit for 10+ minutes and it is still white. I bought light because I’ve always been light and I was so excited to see how the shade perfectly matches my face but it didn’t. The company was very responsive though to remedy the situation.
