SCAM. DO NOT BUY

I wanted to try this product that looked amazing on the videos. But I should have known better. This is a total scam, the product does NOT change colour or « adapt to your skin colour » as they say. This is so so wrong that they can actually run this business. Don’t buy anything from them, you’ll be disappointed.

I have always liked no makeup look…

I have always liked the no makeup look and I watched this video of a lady applying this white cream stick to her face, it was called Derma Muse, I was so shocked and excited to see the transformation! Wonderful! I ordered 1 and got 1 I’ll be ordering again!

EDIT I changed my review to 3 stars because customer service reached out to me quickly and offered a full refund. It's nice when a company takes care of their customers. I wish the product had worked for me. Thank you Derma Muse for your fast response.

Scam product, avoid!

False advertising, avoid them like the plague. The foundation stick product is white, goes on skin white and stays white on your skin. Their customer care are responsive, ask for proof in photos of the product not working but refuse a refund and claim ‘individual results vary’ as their answer to their product being a compete scam. They then say they can’t refund as the product has been used, after asking you to use it and send them photos as proof. Their customer care comments on any negative posts online with overly concerned rhetoric. I wish I had read all the bad reviews and hadn’t stupidly believed a white product would change colour magically. Perhaps I should go back to believing in the tooth fairy as she is more likely to appear than a white stick turning skin coloured!
Update 25/2: See below example of customer care comments and rhetoric. I’ve had a week long email chain with their customer support as they list in the comment and after being offered 30% refund, then 50%, they have offered 70% as final offer. I also then received another email to say my next order is coming and they need my mobile number - I have had to ask again for them to cancel the subscription which they said they had. I have had my bank block them to avoid having more money taken as others have alluded to in their posts. AVOID THEM!

Not what it claims to be!!!!

Product not as described

Updated to add: Customer service did come through with the partial refund as promised.

I really wanted this product to work, but I tried it and it did nothing. I contacted customer service and they told me additional steps to try (including using a sponge instead of the applicator that came with their product). I did try those techniques and still got no results. Nothing matched my skin and it looked like I had zinc oxide on my face. I contacted customer service again and they offered a 30% refund, which I declined. They then came back with 50%, which I also declined. They then said that I could return it but told me I was responsible for return shipping, it would take 6-8 weeks, and that shipping is unreliable and it might get lost. I finally requested 75% refund and they agreed on 70%.

Nope.

Not only did this product take almost a month to be delivered, it was NOT the shade "Natural" that showed on the packaging. It is too light. Not impressed at all and soo disappointed.
Also, everyone know that the return policy is only 30% back!
False advertising!

SCAM!!!!!!

SCAM! They placed me on this subscription service without my permission. Why the heck would i need another 2 products just a month or so after making my purchase? The worst part? The product ain't great! Super thick and does not provide much coverage. Waste of time and money. Plus I have been having back and forth emails with their support for awhile now and the latest email I got? They offered a 30% refund. For something I didn't order!!!!

The customer service is amazing and…

The customer service is amazing and April was prompt to respond and resolve my issue. I had received a foundation that was broken upon delivery, I sent an email about the issue sent a few pics and within 24-48 hours I received an email stating that they would be sending a new one out. This is how you retain customers. Thank you again April for being so wonferful

I had ordered this and it arrived in…

I had ordered this and it arrived in the mail. The color wasn't a match to my skin tone. I contacted derma muse and Paula answered me back in a timely manner and also resolved the situation no problem. It was a very easy process and Paula was absolutely wonderful.

It is a scam

It is a scam. The product is a pice of s***. Also they tried to charge my card for a higher price like 4 times, luckily I didn't had any money on it, but I absolutely do not recommend.

After my post here, they reached out to me, and offered a refund, because I was not satisfied with the product. I accepted the refund, and I received the money, so I take back that it is a scam. Also they can make monthly subscriptions, so if you don't want that, double check before you hit purchase. Probably that is why they charged my card after. I will give 4 stars, instead my 1.
