This people are scammers

This people are scammers. I ordered their buy 2 get 2 offer and mislead me to auto subscribe. I never got the product, when I contacted them they told me that it was delivered and that if there were any issues regarding the delivery to contact the delivery company, I contacted them and they told me that I needed to contact the product company and they kept me like that for about a month and suddenly they stopped answering my emails, calls and everything. They charged me $80.00 (because I auto subscribe) and no one has taken responsibility with this. DON’T BUY FROM THEM

They contacted me and said they were going to issue a refund. I hope is true.

To be honest, I wanted to try the product because for me is really hard to get the match for my skin. I’m from Puerto Rico and I get tan very easily so no base always gets me the results I want. I have three races in me, Taino, Spaniard and African, so you know my skin color is completely complex.

It has been more than a week since this people contacted me to send my refund and I still have not get it. Like I posted on my 1st update. They wanted me to change my review because they are a “small business” and a bad review will give them a bad reputation but they do nothing to make me change my mind at all.

Update 3:

It have been over a month since they contacted me last. They said they were going to refund my money and it has been the day that they haven’t refunded. I’m beyond pissed. This people are SCAMMERS. My recommendation, DON’T BUY FROM THEM.

This website is a scam.

This website is a scam.
They massively overcharge cheap products sourced from Asia that are worth around €4. Customer service is fake — there are no real responses, only automated AI replies that lead nowhere. Refund promises are meaningless; they will not return your money. One of my orders never arrived, and despite multiple complaints, they refused to issue a refund. Avoid this website at all costs.

Amazing customer service!!!!!!!

Amazing customer service!!!!!!!! Sadly the product is not for me. I would recommend to new users go one or two shades darker than your skin too match perfect. Customer service is 10 stars, no issues for refund/return. Responded right away and took care of me.

These foundation sticks are awful. Left me looking like Caspar the Ghost!

These foundation sticks are awful! I’ve been doing makeup for 15+ years now and I’ve never used something so stupid. They go on white, and stay white. I look like Caspar the Ghost. Does not blend at all. Has the consistency of a wet crayon. The brush that comes on the end of the stick is spiky. I ordered their brand primer and they sent me an e.l.f primer that they’d obviously photoshopped their name onto on the online ad. Would give 0 starts if I could. Cost me over £40!

I contacted the support team, I received a reply straight away, then another email stating that April had sorted my request, she was very helpful and dealt with this and kept me informed in what she had done and was going to do!
