received defective product 2 weeks ago. Tube was broken. still trying to get money back. Also, not aware this was a subscription. i was able to cancel. product appears very cheaply made.

The product is sticky and doesn't suit…

The product is sticky and doesn't suit me also I now seemed to be locked into a subscription- I have tried emailing with no response and looks like I will have w to contact my bank to block future payments
After a prompt reply from Derma muse and a refund I was glad I wrote about my experience- they have been swift to remedy this

I've been trying to cancel my…

I've been trying to cancel my subscription. Initially I purchased only one item but for some reason I've been receiving the products every month and being charged for it. I tried emailing since there was no way to call but I did not get a response. I also tried the number on the website but it is incorrect. I have no problem with the product; I just do not have a need for 6 make up sticks plus what I might get this month if I don't get this resolved.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Terrible product. Received emails asking for pictures of product received. Was signed and for subscription without consent and charged 3 times far more than the original amount. Can’t speak to anyone by phone. Got an email back a couple times. Was told they don’t honor returns but could offer a refund for 1/2 the amount. I have never received any kind of refund and continue to be charged despite be assure no further charges occur. Biggest scam and now working with my credit card company to stop the charges from happening. I would avoid be scammed and stay away from Ordering.

Would give it no stars if I could

1Not as advertised, needs to be absolutely caked on to get any kind of minimal coverage. I've been trying to get the refund the website offers for a month now, with no luck. I think this stuff comes under the heading of "if it looks too good to be true, it probably is!" Absolute rubbish, don't get sucked in by what must be AI advertising, and most of all, don't waste your money!! Edit: I finally received my refund after literally 19 emails back and forth, they made it extremely difficult. My opinion of the product hasn't changed. Edit number 2: Now they're asking for "more details" to be able to "better understand" my experience or they may not recognise my review as genuine! DermaMuse, how about you read through the extensive email trail between yourselves and me!! For anyone else reading this, yes, this is a genuine review from an EXTREMELY dissatisfied customer. Do yourselves a favour and DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS ORGANISATION.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I asked for my subscription to be cancelled because the makeup did not work for me. It was not cancelled, and I was charged a second time. When I asked for the refund the website states a 60 day money back guarantee no questions asked, I was asked MANY questions repeatedly, required to send pictures, and then offered a 30% refund. When I requested the full refund, I never received a response. I do not recommend purchasing from this company.

Changing colour foundation

I tried it, but did not change color as much as I would like. Probably it didn’t fit to my skin. I wrote to the company and thank God they accepted a refund. They were very polite and in two days I got my money back. Just because they were professionals, I will definitely try other products of theirs.

The product took forever to ship

The product took forever to ship, the product is not good quality. I cancelled my subscription, received a confirmation that it was canceled and you guys charged me another subscription, I then contacted again with the same thing to happen and ended up having to have my bank help.
