Missing order

I recently had an issue with a missing item from my order, which initially concerned me as I’ve been using Dermatica for the past two years without any problems. This was the first time I experienced something like this.

However, I’m very pleased with how the situation was handled by the customer care team (especially by sara). She responded promptly, communicated clearly, and guided me through the process by requesting photos and investigating the issue efficiently. Overall, the support I received was helpful and professional, and it reassured me about continuing with Dermatica.

such quick results!!

Ive only been using my teeatment for about 3 week snow but I could feel results after a few days and see very shocking results after even just 2 weeks!
I was told to expect to wait at least 6-10 weeks to see a visible difference in my skin when using tretinoin, but honestly the difference after 2 weeks is so much that my friend even asked me what skin tint i was using the other day, and all i had on was my skincare.
I also now purchase dermatica's azelaic acid to use in the AM. No complaints there either.

I subscribed to Dermatica to ensure…

I subscribed to Dermatica to ensure continuous treatment, but the service has been unreliable and frustrating.

I was charged for my order with no dispatch email or tracking provided. After repeatedly contacting support, I was told the order had been dispatched — but also that tracking is not available for subscription orders.

I was then asked to wait up to 10 working days for delivery, despite the website stating 1–3 working days. This inconsistency makes it impossible to rely on the service and creates a real risk of being left without treatment.

Customer service responses were inconsistent and largely focused on repeating policy rather than resolving the issue. At no point was a clear, proactive solution offered.

A subscription service should guarantee reliability and continuity. This does not.

I have now submitted a formal complaint and will update this review depending on how it is handled.

Got the first package and love the…

Got the first package and love the product and customer service seemed great. Was charged for the second one and still have not received it dispute me contacting now 4 times and been told another has been sent I still not received my order

Continually lying and saying they have refunded money after I told them to cancel
I’ve emailed several times and they continue to say they’ve refunded and ask me to contact my bank. Do not sign up for subscription!!!

Deceiving company

I came across an add from dermatica claiming they could prescribe tetrinoine online. I answered a few questions including one about the current prescription I was on (tetrinoine 0.1%). I bought what they advertised as a trial sample at $4.99 . When I received the sample I realized I had been misled as what they sent was based on tetrinoine 0.05% - less what I had been using. I therefore decided not to order anymore product from them. To my surprise I received an email from them saying my new order had shipped and that my credit card had been charged $59.99. I contacted them but they refused to refund me on the basis that I was subscribed to their program. I never knowingly agreed to subscribe. They claim to formulate based on your needs but all they do is trick you into paying for pre formulated products you did not order and for a subscription you never wanted or even knew you had signed up for.

I had a very bad experience with Dermatica

I had a very bad experience with Dermatica. The formula they prescribed containing niacinamide completely damaged my skin barrier. After using the treatment as instructed, my skin became extremely dry, irritated, red, and sensitive. Instead of improving my skin, it made it much worse.

I trusted their personalised skincare service, but the product felt far too strong for my skin type and there wasn’t enough proper adjustment once the irritation started.
I contacted dermatica team and specifically asked for help with treatment to repair my skin after the reaction, however I did not receive any practical support or solution. I expected medical guidance to correct the damage caused by the prescription, not a general explanation about how treatments are selected.

It was very disappointing to be left without proper follow-up care after experiencing such a strong negative reaction. When a prescription product causes harm, patients should be supported with a clear recovery plan.

A dermatology service should protect your skin barrier, not destroy it. I would strongly recommend others be cautious, especially if you have sensitive skin or react easily to niacinamide.

Very disappointing experience. 😞⚠️

Amazing product

Following breast cancer treatment the…

Following breast cancer treatment the hormone blockers and chemo left my skin looking very old. Within weeks even my husband has noticed my skin is less patchy and rough. I had tried non prescription options and they were expensive and didn’t work. Thank you for making me feel happy again x

I was sceptical at first

I was sceptical at first, I've tried many acne creams, but I can honestly say, hand on my heart that this is the best treatment I have ever had. Once you are past the purging stage, and again, I'll be honest, its hard going, and you do need to persevere with it, you'll begin to see rapid results, as long as you use the cream correctly. I am amazed at how clear my skin is now. The service provided is amazing, catered to suit your personal needs, I am so impressed. The price is very reasonable too..£25 per month for peace of kind, and beautifully clear skin.
