delayed despatches
I think overall, Dermatica, is good but the only thing I do not like is that you never stick with the arranged despatch date. Money is withdrawn from customer accounts at least 5 days before the arranged despatch date but products are never despatched on time. Sometimes there is a 10-day gap between the date of withdrawing money and delivery of the goods.

it takes 10 calender days for cream to deliver, which is too long and i was without the cream for 7 days, so be aware of time delay since the creams are made for you.

Miracle in a little bottle
Dermatica has done wonders for my very sensitive and highly stubborn skin, I have dealt with pre-teen and adult acne for 25+ years. My battles were constant. I’ve been a customer since 2022, and always had a great experience. Recently, my latest formula didn’t arrive so I reached out. It was Good Friday evening when I contacted Dermatica, so really didn’t expect a response until after the bank holiday weekend. I heard back the same night, and a new formula has been approved and dispatched already. Emma kept me informed throughout the process, and I’m so impressed.

Always 5 star customer service really fast responses and really friendly people who reply keeps my skin in check and has done for years, when I realised my skin needed medicine to stay in control of it I was dreading the go experience trying to get what I needed but this is so much easier and works so well, I love that you can pause the subscription when needed as I tend to not go through as much as gets sent out there's plenty of product in every prescription for the allocated time frame, thankyou xxxx

I have been using Dermatica since 2021…
I have been using Dermatica since 2021 and a longstanding customer. It used to be outstanding. But using Royal Mail as their courier means I am simply not getting my prescription. They advertise on their website that treatment arrives within 1-3 days of dispatch. I have been waiting for 11 days. They have organised a replacement but told me it may take up to 10 days because of Royal Mail delays. I was also told that they would expedite the dispatch and send a notification, but I haven’t yet received this.
They don’t make the delays clear on their website (still claiming 1-3 day delivery). It’s frustrating that I am potentially 20 days without my prescription.
I appreciate it’s out of their hands, but I find it shady that they are still making claims on their website around delivery that we all know they can’t keep.
Change the courier or customers will, frankly, leave.

Time wasters
Lure you in to a “consultation” online, takes ages to complete and asks for all your contact details. Then at the end they want money and a continuous payment authority subscription without telling you what they’re prescribing. Yeah no thanks

Im really happy with my results, I felt desperate trying to tackle my skin issues on my own and gave Dermatica a try, so so glad I did and kept consistently using my prescribed formulas. Really good and fast customer service as well.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this time I genuinely wanted to.
I had an issue with a lost delivery (due to Royal Mail) and Sarah from Dermatica’s customer care team handled everything absolutely brilliantly from start to finish. She was responsive, helpful, proactive and actually took ownership of the problem instead of just sending generic replies. She arranged a replacement, updated the delivery address and kept me informed the whole time.
This is how customer service should look everywhere. Huge thank you to Sarah – you’ve been amazing and it’s really appreciated.
Because of this experience alone, I’m very happy to stay with Dermatica.

Save your skin do not order
The treatment caused adverse side effects, including a rash and a burning sensation on my skin. I contacted the team and spent over a month trying to resolve the issue, but they refused to offer a refund.
What’s even more frustrating is that they do not take customer rights into consideration. I offered to return an unopened product, as I genuinely believed I had cancelled the treatment, but their website failed to register it. Despite this, they were unwilling to help or offer any reasonable solution.
The customer service was extremely disappointing. The only option they provided was to “reassess by the dermatology team,” which makes no sense—why would I risk ordering another treatment when the first one took so long to heal from, and the support has been so poor?
Do not order!!
