It’s always a great experience speaking with the Dermatica team. They provide personalised advice, and are very thorough and friendly. I have recently spoken with Hasib and Gina and I really feel as though they care, no matter how many times I ask a question.

Truly an awful company to deal with, with some of the worst customer service I’ve ever come across. This will be my second time cancelling the subscription due to problems with my order, and despite contacting their customer service on 2 different platforms, I received absolutely no reply. Skin + Me are a much better company to deal with… I’m now £24.99 down, no product to show for it and no help from their customer service. It’s appalling really. I’d love to know how to make a formal complaint.

Dermatica is an excellent product. It has helped clear my melasma and dark spots, and the results have been very effective. I truly love this product and would highly recommend it to anyone who needs skincare treatment and wants to look youthful and radiant.

Dermatica has a good product and solid customer service with a quick response time. Semi-slow shipping. Not sure what's going on behind the scenes but they are occasionally sloppy in their standard confirmation emails (typos, Britishisms that seem like copy/pasted relics from their original UK market). The biggest issue for me is their refusal to email a heads up before your prescription auto renews and ships. I asked why they can't do this and they stated it would be too "confusing." I try to track my renewals, which are irregular since I often push them out a few weeks if I am not using the product daily, but my first official indication that the refill is happening is seeing a charge on my credit card. Every other subscription mail order product sends a standard "FYI your subscription is about to renew, now's the chance to make adjustments" email. I think the consumers can handle this 'confusing' concept. I find it a little sneaky of them.

The skin care products that I am getting are giving me improvement on my skin, and are affordable. I appreciate this.

However, It will be helpful if Dermatica had a customer service phone number to talk to a real person.

This product Dermatica , the consistency is perfect. It is soothing and I notuced changes to the blemishes on my skin. It helps with hormonal acne and makes it easier to manage.

I noticed my fine wrinkles are looking smooth..

I honestly didn’t expect this to work for my skin as I’ve tried so many different products over the years and prescriptions.
However this has almost completely cleared up my hormonal acne. I have even having a few spots here and there, but they are much smaller and clear up much quicker and generally my face looks much better than before.

A wonderful product that does what it says. My skin is fresher and plumper. I highly recommend Dermatica and its products.

I've seen dermatica being featured in a video I love from a skincare YouTuber Cassandra Bankson, so I decided to try it! I figured, if it didn't work, what's 5 bucks? So I loved that. No money wasted here! Also, customer service has always been helpful and provided answers to any one of my questions! 🖤
