The advice given was as good as I could have hoped. The doctor created a thorough report with a recommendation that felt really personal to my specific issue. I picked up a prescription within an hour of receiving it via email. Thanks so much. Still got to see if it works, but for now it has helped relieve my symptoms.

After filling in a form and describing my symptoms with a photo attached. The doctor gave me a full description of my condition and the treatment I would need. Quick efficient and professional. Almost like a visit to a doctor who has time to listen and treat with no NHS restrictions.
Thank you Dr Ashworth.

The Information advertising the service was clear.
The report was delivered as agreed on time and was fully informative and really helpful.
The options for private prescription was uncomplicated- never having used this before , I worried it would be a convaluted process which it was not.
Thank you for the advice

A comprehensive report with suggested prescription to deal with the problem. I appreciated the attention to detail and the fact that it is in writing means I can refer back to it
A waste of £75. To be told that this dermatologist can't do a small removal of a very old cyst scar. I was informed I need to see a plastic surgeon!!
Be aware of this before you waste your money.
Like many would be, I was skeptical at first but reading into waiting times elsewhere this seemed like an option to try. I recieved my very detailed report quickly and the creams prescribed have had a great effect. However even beyond that, there was lots of helpful information on how to manage the condition and improve skin health in general.
To anyone on the fence like I was, I can't recommend Dr Ashworth enough.

Quick reply with detailed description of prescribed treatment. I couldn't ask for better health service.
Dr John Ashworth is the best doctor I ever dealt with with spot on diagnose and I wish all NHS services could run with the same efficiency and knowledge as Dermatologist.co.uk

Amazing service.
Paid for the express service and received my consultation documentation within a few hours.
The report was incredibly thorough and explained the diagnosis and treatment options.
Picked up the prescription items today - first application of cream already applied, less than 24 hours after I submitted the information.
Brilliant service
Still waiting on it for over 3 days, not sure if this trust pilot previous review was genuine. Disappointing so far.

Really easy to get help and advice. Treatment is working beautifully 😊
The consultation was exactly like the website mentioned in terms of timeline. The report was very nicely detailed and the treatment Regime was explained very well. Being a doctor myself, and knowing that my skin condition is chronic , I am grateful that I have the option of consulting an experienced dermatologist online. Totally love the concept.

Replied to consultation on site, no response. Rang and left a message , no response. I couldn’t get my prescription as date of birth recorded as incorrect. Waste of £75 no prescription no response

I was so impressed with this service and the extremely quick turnaround time combined with a very detailed and comprehensive report which was far better that I was expecting - it was so helpful, efficient and cost effective - I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this service.
Contacted Dr Ashworth when my daughter had a flare up of her eczema. He returned my query promptly with a report that guided us. He also prescribed tablets and cream that eased her discomfort. I will definitely be using his services again. Thank you for all your help and advice.
Got a quick response and very impressed with the level of detail in the letter that came back. Far more in-depth on the issue, the possible routes to try for a solution and how to actually use the topical products prescribed. The latter is critical and has been missed by the GP and a dermatologist (that cost £180 for a 10 minute video consultation). The prescription before cost £65-70 - different antibiotic I know but even so. Going through this process and ordering online it was £24 for two products. Too early to see the results but that is unique to every individual so not relevant, the customer service and care taken was above and beyond so very impressed.
Super response time and advice, thank you very much for your help.

I had a lesion appear under my left eye. A medic myself I thought i knew what it was. Dr Ashworth confirmed the diagnosis and a treatment plan advised, a challenging lesion to treat and in a sensitive area. I followed the instructions given and after a couple of weeks it is now gone and the skin has gone back to normal. I found the service to be quick and economical compared to face to face consultations. Going to my GP would have taken considerably more time and effort.
