Disappointing.
Having gone online and items appearing to be in stock, it took over a week to get them. And the reason, they had ran out of them . Pretty poor overall I'm afraid!

Quick and easy management of my order.
All good. Only issue was the the packaging of the items ordered was quite battered on arrival. However, this could have been due to the postal service, and the items thereselves were in good condition. Thank you - I will happily order from Descaler again!

Great items
I ordered my stuff to be delivered at home, hoping it will arive on my days off. They passed but i didn't even get an email saying it was dispached. But then I received email saying that they run out of one of the product and just waiting for delivery next day. After that comunication was great, they were happy to change my shipping address and it did get dispached then they said it would. So all in all i'm a happy customer and will shop with you again!

Remarkably good service
Not sure whether the price is competitive as this is our first time buying descaler, but the service is second to none. It seemed that no sooner had I switched my computer off when the postman was delivering my de scaler.

Not much you can say about buying a replacement water filter for a Krups bean to cup coffee machine except that to replace one you have to buy one! These are not inexpensive items so that it helps to find a supplier that sells at a sensible price. Of particular interest to me and doubtless to others living in the ROI is the fact that shipping costs even for small, lightweight items can and often do ruin what appears initially to be a good deal. In this case, by spending £50 or more, shipping was free and a year's supply of filters were delivered to my door for less than it would have cost to go and buy them at my nearest store. Well done Descaler.
