i received the items extremely fast, however, i bought the water filters based on the guidance provided on the website for the model of my coffee machine. i received filters of totally different shape ans sizes which are not suitable for my coffee machine. I would suggest to call before placing an order for filters for coffee machine to make sure they are the correct ones.
