I WISH I COULD GIVE negative ZERO STARS I should have read reviews before I made this purchase. This is the worst board I have ever seen lack quality and luster, and they did not trim off enough board around the person. Absolutely disgusted and appalled!!!!! READ REVIEWS PEOPLE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE AND CLEARLY STAY AWAY THIS COMPANY

Thank you for replying. Why could you not respond to my letters and messages? I tried to contact you, but nothing. In the end, I reported the matter to the Financial Ombudsman, and at the same time, I wrote to you. Your response to Trustpilot is just flannel trying to look like you care.

We recently ordered a sign for our shop front but it got damaged in transit. The team at design a sign instantly set me a replacement and communication was great.

Our sign i perfect and I worked with the design team to amend colours slightly to fit how I wanted it to look.

Great service and great product

Disappointing downturn in quality. After using this site before and getting a decent quality product and good service, I used them again to place another order for more of the same signs.

Approved the artwork proof, but when the signs were delivered, half the artwork was missing and hadn't been printed. After multiple attempts to get in touch, they just completely ignored me. They then also ignored my approach via Paypal and have now had to escalate this to Paypal dispute resolution.

Shocking behaviour to supply a blatantly incorrect sign, and then ignore any attempt to get in touch.

I think the company has bust and they owe me money for products paid for but not provided!

Appalling service and products. The major part of the order wasn’t delivered and most of the remaining were of terrible quality. Some signs even had the mounting holes drilled through the printed logo! Absolutely no response to any emails and I’ve had to resort to my bank to recover the cost of the missing items.

Only part of the order has ever been delivered and I have had no response to my emails. Also, the acrylic signs that they did deliver have had the mounting holes drilled through part of the printed logo, which will be covered further by the caps of the stand-off mounts. I have tried to contact them to resolve the issues but had no response.

Really pleased with my wooden sign.
Initially I couldn’t get a response via email but was called back and spoke to the person and he assured me my sign was ordered.

I found Design a sign really good with their communication. When I called them, I got to speak to someone and they were able to discuss my design, timelines and delivery.
The quality of my sign is lovely. No sharp edges, clear printing and good colours. I would definitely recommend this company.

Very Poor. I don’t even they genuine site. We ordered 2X signs back in August and paid £490. We haven’t received the signs till today. Don’t order anything from these people. I am going to report this and takiya further. From August22 to date 21th October 2022 they haven’t sorted anything.

The team were really helpful in the design stage of the sign, and then it arrived exactly as described and in good time.

I am thrilled with our new business sign. DesignaSign were very responsive and easy to work with. They understood my request perfectly and I couldn't be more happy with the end result. Fantastic value.

It was a bit slower to deliver than anticipated but when it has arrived, the sign is exactly as I wanted it to be. The exact style, weight and design. It was also packaged extremely well

No communication unless I chased it up, far longer than the lead time even tho I specifically contacted them to say a date I needed it by, they barely responded but only to be rude. they didn't send me a tracking number, I ended up having to claim a refund through PayPal.

Absolutely disgraceful. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I don't know if it's just a major scam - but something is very wrong here.
Customer service hung up in the end - all because I wanted a tracking number and confirmation my order has gone out. They also promised this to me a couple of days on ago on the phone, but no correspondence followed.

Really disappointed that people can do this and take advantage of small businesses.
