Sent the product late even after assuring me that it'll be on time. Didn't give me a refund when requested

Told me i'd receive the order within 7 days before I placed it. I called every day near the delivery date and then they told me it would take another 4 days, after the need for the product.

It was a nightmare to call them, hardly ever answered the call

Not sure what is going on with this company. My product wasn't delivered, impossible to phone them and slow response on emails. Received a message today saying I will be refunded but I have still been massively inconvenienced by them. I paid by PayPal thank fully. I wouldn't use them again.

I ordered signs about a month ago. Originally I was promised that they will arrive within a few days, they still didn’t. It’s very difficult to receive responses to e-Mails. But each time I do get one they say that they are working on it and that they should be delivered soon. I now cancelled my order, but didn’t receive a confirmation that I will receive a refund. Very frustrating! I now ordered the signs elsewhere. And I am not very hopeful that I will get my money back from DesignASign. Reading the reviews on here the same seems happening to all people writing the latest reviews.

Didn’t get it when they said we would, they don’t answer the phone or emails. Eventually had to try to claim the money back via Barclaycard, that threat did the trick and we eventually got our sign. Not worth the hassle, shop elsewhere

48 hour delivery slot not met, sign returned after one attempt at delivery (Streetwise must be the ONLY courier that needs a signature post Covid!), second sign also did not arrive… no-one answers phone, email correspondence sporadic. Glad i paid by credit card and got money back. What a shame as used before with good result. Won’t be trying again

Bought three signs from this company in total. I’ll never buy another one though. The latest one I ordered was to replace the front panel of an existing sign, which I was assured would be the exact same size as the existing backplate so I wouldn’t need to redrill holes in the wall. First attempt turned up and it wasn’t right - the pre drilled holes were in the wrong place. I thought it was weird that they didn’t use the same template as the existing sign but I flagged this to them and they offered apologies and a free replacement, great. I sent over exact measurements for the holes on my existing sign and I waited for the replacement. The replacement arrived and still the pre drilled holes were in the wrong place. This time I was blamed for sending the wrong measurements and told to go away. I measured the replacement sign several times and it didn’t match the measurements that I’d sent to this company, the pre drilled holes were at least 2mm out so it would never have fit. It’s a shame as they started off great but now having spent over £300 in total with this company, I’m without signage for my business, and have lost money on signs I’ll have to bin and replace with new. I won’t be buying from them again

Terrible customer service and very slow delivery. This company promises 3-5 working days for despatch once you've approved your design, but I waited 9 working days and consider myself lucky. Every time I managed to get a response from them (which was rare) they promised they would despatch that day. Delivery took longer than the 48 hours promised, and they wouldn't give me any tracking. Lots of 'hiya's and smiley face emojis in emails, which just made me angrier. I don't know what their production issue is (they're claiming COVID, but that feels like a worn out excuse), but they could make life easier for themselves by being honest in their dealings with customers and setting reasonable expections around delivery times. Oh, and over the course of three weeks they never once answered the phone. SWERVE.

Ordered a sign at the end of January. Was given 4 different delivery dates, and a multitude of excuses - Original sign wasn't up to scratch so it was re-done, Staff issues, COVID. In the end they just kept giving me different delivery dates and never actually delivered. Very poor. My guess is that they're not actually making the signs and the work is carried out elsewhere, but I could be wrong about this. Either way, there customer service is terrible. In the end I just asked for my money back. Strangely this was the only thing they managed to do quickly

The Sign was perfect . I liaised with the graphic designer and finalised the text and layout. The sign arrived in good time and excellent condition, with all the fixings required.

Didnt get the sign i had asked for. Was to late to return as need the business open and coyldnt delay any further. I emailed the company to say it was all wrong and never had anything back from them at all i was totally ignored. Poor poor company.

Quality of product was excellent, service was good, delivery got lost - though probably a 3rd party courier was to blame.

The team did a great job on my sign - even emailed mid-order to ask some design related questions which I found particularly helpful. Will use again for sure.

Unfortunately, the first sign sent was very poorly put together and the screw holes did not align. The second replacement sign was much better, but the coloured backing was already damaged when delivered put we have used it as it is acceptable.
