Aweful experience, avoid this company

Aweful experience, avoid this company.
They sent a partial order, took 6 weeks to get the missing bits, and they were the wrong size and unusable. Those that did arrive were messy, with metal shards and burrs not cleaned off the edges, had to tidy them up myself. They also refused to provide a valid VAT invoice, and very poor at communicating.
I will never use again, and recommend that you don't use them either.

Abysmal

Abysmal. I ordered a sign in November- still waiting. I’ve written to them and called them but most of the time they don’t s were the phone (but it costs a bomb because of the way they connect thru the answering system). I’ve asked for a refund but no reply. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Tragic company! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Placed an order on 23 November 2020 and still waiting for it 3 months later! Have to chase on a weekly basis, only to be given some guff about how there's been a mixup/delay and it'll be sent within a week, then nothing. The latest email has said that "it would be best if I cancel and refund this order. If you would then like to place a new order I can get that expedited, would this be okay?". Cancel the order after 3 months and place it again???? Maybe just send the order? Or are you just covering your backs against any repercussions as this has definitely violated the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which stipulates that 'There is a default delivery period of 30 days during which the retailer needs to deliver the goods'. Shocking company. Now how long will the refund take? AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Exasperated

I am totally exasperated with this company. I only had a simple little sign which to date has taken two attempts by the company to get right and the 2nd attempt is even worse than the 1st. I placed my order on the 10th November and received their 2nd attempt today. The only credit that I can give this company is that they refunded my money straight away when I asked for it but this leaves neither them nor me any better off.

Poor service

I know things are a bit up in the air at the moment but nearly 6 weeks after placing the order my sign still hasn’t been delivered .
I did speak to someone over a week ago and still no sign .

Absolutely poor production quality and 8 weeks later still waiting for a replacement

Absolutely poor production quality, incorrectly printed and produced sign, terrible customer service in conclusion. The entire printed design when we received was not as approved (wrong font, wrong size and spacing), the drilling of the holes to mount the sign were so misaligned that it was impossible to get the screws through the two layers of plastic which meant it was impossible to use, the communications with the sale advisors/customer service were full of promise and sadly never any follow up communication or delivery of promised replacement. I have waited 8 weeks now for a replacement that was promised several times - I've asked for a refund, Just an awful experience sadly in a time where businesses are struggling and you'd hope even if I had to wait (which I did) there would be a continued level of service when you've paid for something and given them plenty of opportunity to rectify a situation.

Prompt, communicative service which aimed to ensure satisfaction with my product and prevent problems occurring. I love my new business sign and would definitely use this service again as well as recommend it to others

Still Waiting

I placed an order 6 weeks ago and still haven't received it and 3 replacements have apparently now been sent.
I have requested a refund which I have been advised 'to wait until Friday' to see if it arrives. I have asked for tracking information which I was told I would get but hasn't been provided as there is now no tracking info available.
Really NOT HAPPY.

I ordered a sign from Design A Sign via…

I ordered a sign from Design A Sign via Groupon on 1st September. The company acknowledged that my order was being processed and I would receive it by 15th September. When the sign did not arrive I contacted the company by email re Groupon advise via their website. I did not receive any response from the company. After a couple of weeks I contacted Groupon for an update. Their response was very polite but very confusing i.e I was asked to redeem my coupon again with the company, where I would have to pay the postage charge of £4.99 again. ( I had already seen the original charge debited to my credit card). The sign did however arrive on 3rd October. I can only give the feedback that the sign is of very poor quality, and when my husband was fitting it the colour came off on his fingers in a couple of places leaving it looking shoddy.

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM!

So ordered a sign from this company on the 3rd September, with a 72 hour delivery offered with was perfect for my new business opening on the 15th September. Noticed after 2 days that my order was still 'on hold' so tried calling the company. Called 14 times and did not get through once, and no answer service. I continued to call daily for a week getting no answer at all (and order still 'on hold'). At this point I checked other reviews and it seems this is the norm for this company. I then emailed the company and got a reply telling me the phonelines were down and they would be back up and running the next day. I requested a refund as I had needed to order a sign from elsewhere, which they eventually told me they would pass on to their accounts department to process the same day. After two days still no refund, so I called again (the now seemingly fixed phoneline) only to again get no response. In total (and I stopped on purpose at this point)I called this company 100 times and they didn't answer once. I again emailed to be told my refund would now need to be processed by the MD (my refund is for £45) and this can only be done when he is in the office which apparently isn't very often (as said to me by Luke - a customer service manager).

We are now at day 17 from the order, the sign is still sitting as 'on hold' even though I told them to cancel and refund me and I still do not have a refund. This company is a complete scam and the other reviews are not lying.......DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM!

Ps. They get 1 star because you can't give 0 stars!

Ordered a sign. Last communication was on 21/07/20. Dispatch deadline came and went. No email saying sign was sent. Tried contacting by email but no response. Tried phoning but line goes dead.

Well and truly conned by this company.

Ordered and paid for house sign on 17/06/20. It is now 27/07/20 and despite repeated attempts to get my sign via email and telephone nothing has arrived. I can only conclude that we have been victims of a fraud at the hands of this company. On my first contact with them they blamed Royal Mail and offered to make and send another one, needless to say no sign has arrived.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered a simple acrylic sign with a back plate and fixers. After being economical with the truth about the delivery timescale, they then sent the wrong back plate colour and no fixers. Chased and chased and nothing, still waiting. They have a phone number but no one ever answers, instead they say they are extremely busy.....don't believe a word they say.
I won't be using them again.

Please do not use this company

Please do not use this company. I paid for and ordered a sign and received an email asking me for artwork. I have now emailed them countless times and their phone line (and that of Eboxmedia the ultimate company) rings out. Next step is to report this as fraud to the bank.

Great prices, great quality and great customer service!

Despite a mix-up with the shipment and the delay it caused, I am utterly pleased with my signs! Great prices, great customer service - and thank you for even sending out of country.

Despite my brass-look sign being cheap it looks tremendous and has a very classy look. The engraving is top notch - and I will most likely be ordering a bunch more for all of our locations in the near future.
