Going to the jewellery quarter is daunting, so much choice. We struck lucky when we went inside our 4th shop. Tina asked what we were looking for and skewed us wherein the shop to look, giving us time to browse and choose if we wanted to look closer. Tina had so much patience and was not pushy at all. Also advised on the items. Helpful anout another item of jewellery I was wearing. Such a happy, knowledgeable team. Thanks 💕

I was served by Louise and Dave while shopping with my grandparents for a gift for my 21st birthday. They were both so warm and welcoming, and I really appreciated that there was no pressure to try or buy anything. I found a stunning opal ring that I absolutely love and it was even half price! My grandma was so impressed that she ended up buying a beautiful pair of pearl earrings too. Thank you for making the whole experience so enjoyable and memorable.

Daksha really helped me today, my husband wanted me to have a ring to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary, I had no idea what I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble for Daksha and she instinctively knew what I would like.

The sales staff were wonderful, really welcoming. We went in to buy a ring for a special Anniversary, So much choice can be overwhelming, we were helped by Tina who has great knowledge of whats available and what would best suit me.
There was no pressure to buy anything, which helps a lot allowing us to make up our minds. We chose a ring and even had it resized while we waited. It was a great experience and would definitely recommend The Design Centre. We will be back.

The staff are knowledgeable and helpful nothing is too much trouble . There is an expansive choice of jewellery on display across price ranges and the initial sale and aftermarket service is amazing .
I have been to the jewellery quarter on many occasions , but always find my way back to the Design Centre to complete my purchase.

I went to the Jewellery Quarter with my stepmum to get a new ring as an anniversary present and to get advice about another ring that was causing me a reaction (after a repair at another jewellers). This was the 3rd/4th store we went into & the service exceeded all the other stores by miles. The Design Centre has such an intimate, friendly & welcoming feel, really putting you at ease. All the staff were so helpful & friendly but Gemma & Dave went above & beyond. Dave took the time to examine my current rings, providing me with really useful advice, whilst Gemma was so attentive in helping me find a perfect anniversary ring. The whole experience was so wonderful we even ended up purchasing an additional two rings! In a time when customer service is becoming a dying art, these guys really do provide a great service, where we left with not only some stunning jewellery, but feeling really happy with the whole experience & day out. Thank you!!

We had an excellent experience at The Design Centre. We went in looking for 2 wedding rings, diamonds and platinum were on our mind, but hadn't thought of the designs. Madi was amazing, she was so helpful and informative. There was no rush and nothing forceful. We walked out with 2 stunning rings, with great help from Madi and all the staff to be honest. We'll definitely be shopping here again.

Louise helped us search for our wedding rings, she was very chatty and listened well to what we needed and gave us lots of welcomed advice.

So…. There are MANY shops to choose from, indeed I’d just been in another - but I decided to buy my item from here.
Louise and Tina are the ladies that helped me…. FANTASTIC dress sense, amazing toenails…. Great advice and for once in this day and age … some genuine banter and service skills.
Initially not having what I wanted, nothing was too much trouble for the Superhero types as they trawled the cabinets to find a suitable chain.
A good price, I didn’t haggle.
All gift wrapped and ready to roll.
The store is nicely lit, a good selection of jewellery and watches.
Keen prices….. big deal eh?
Yes it IS…. It’s intimidating in some stores - judged by your spend or attire!
Not here!!!! I was made to feel welcome and my business appreciated.
Also, if what I have bought isn’t quite right (it’s a gift) we can exchange or upgrade etc…. (This is NOT a consumer right when buying face to face, so it’s lovely to be offered this assurance).
There are a dozen or so similar looking shops along the pathway … but stop off here and I think you’ll go no further.
It’s easy to park above in the council multi storey - and all I can say is “keep up the great work” and please, to anybody who has read this far - pop in and have a browse.

Had the best shopping experience today. This was the first shop we went into as it was next to the car park. We were interested in buying a yellow gold and diamond tennis bracelet. Madi was very helpful and showed us a number of designs. We decided to have a look at other shops but they couldn’t match on price or style. We ended up returning and bought two diamond bracelets. So happy with our purchases. Will definitely come back.

We cannot praise the staff at Design Centre enough, but in particular Gemma who was patient, knowledgeable and helped us throughout our visit. Would we go there again? 100%. This shop is our new 'go-to' place in the jewellery quarter. Thanks Gemma

We tried a few places in the Jewellery Quarter to find an engagement ring, but the Design Centre stood out as by far the most knowledgeable, welcoming, and hospitable. Gemma was fantastic—extremely knowledgeable and helpful—and she made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable.

We rated her service so highly that we travelled all the way back to Birmingham from Leicestershire to buy our wedding rings from her!

Would highly recommend the Design Centre to anyone looking for quality service and expert guidance.

Having walked around the Jewellery Quarter browsing for a few hours, we wandered into the Design Centre and meet Gemma. She was very friendly knowledgeable and patient as we finally found the design for us, whilst also getting us the best price. Thank you Gemma.

I was looking to buy something special for my wife to cellebarte our 40th wedding anniversary. Not really knowing what I want I visited several shops in the Jewellery Quarter. Having nearly given up I came across the Design Centre, as soon as I entered I felt relaxed browsing the displays. Then I met Gemma who could not have been more helpful and polite in assisting me. Needless to say I left with a very nice ruby neckless which my wife was very pleased with. I would strongly recommend visiting the Design Centre, as the the service you get is second to none.

A huge thankyou to Bina at the Design Centre for her amazing customer service. From the moment I walked in, she gave me some fantastic advice and help in which to buy an engagement ring (something I had no idea about!) I was a tricky customer who needed the ring made in a short amount of time due to a holiday. Bina however worked her magic to ensure it would be ready! The staff were so friendly and even after exploring the other outlets on the jewellery quarter, the design centre had the best competitive price and personality and I’m so happy to be using them!

We shall be returning for the wedding rings (let’s hope she says yes!!) Thankyou again!
