Fake company

Fake company. They sent me a faulty radiator and then they have ignored my persistent requests for a refund. I have been waiting since October 2022. Employees from this company previously answered the phones and apologised to me, however the phone lines no longer work. This company is criminal.

AVOID SCAM COMPANY

Agree with other reviews, this company is running a scam to keep hold of money. They took my order knowing they had no stock, changed delivery date twice then cancelled my order with a confirmed refund. The refund never came. Phone lines are cut and only one contact email refund@luxpadgroup seems to work. Almost three months after my order and following support from my bank did I actually get my money back.

Everyone needs to know this about this Company

Totally 100% agree with every other Customer who had the misfortune to have dealt with this Company or it's other names - aka Luxpad Group, DesingerRadiatorConcepts, DesignerShowerTrays.
After ordering items on 1st Jan 2023 and my delivery dates having been and gone with nothing arriving (sounds familar anyone????) I documented my experience with them on this Trust Pilot site in a VERY detailed review in February. I was then contacted shortly afterwards via email by one of their Directors who asked that I remove my review so that they could resolve my issue. At first they sounded genuine and sincere but that was 3 weeks ago....
In addition, they admitted to me in writing that the items that I purchased in good faith in their '70% off Clearance Sale' were actually previous Customer Returns - so in my opinion they have misrepresented what those items actually were.
To date all I have received is excuses and unreasonably delayed responses - becuase no one can actually call or email anyone at the Company to follow up on what is happening with our Orders!
In my experience, the Directors seem to think that if they string you along enough with promises that you will get your items, that you will somehow forget your past treatment.
When I had enough of being ignored for the 4th time of reaching out to the Director and reinstated my Trust Pilot review, they then emailed me straight away again (surprise, surprise) and accused me of leaving a 'Revenge Review'!!!!!!
Trust Pilot are you listening to this??????? This type of response from business' like this is, in my opinion, trying to stifle genuine customers from highlighting poor Customer service and preventing other Customers from being made aware of what they are about to get themselves into, thus threatening the very reason trusted review sites like this actually exist!
How many of us here who have been dissapointed with the service we have received, would have wished we had known about other peoples experiences before we spent money with this Company????
When I pointed out to the Director that my experience was not an isolated one (when you look at all the other Customers who have left reviews here on this genuine review site), they just ignored me again - presumably because it didn't suit their narrative. They didn't want to engage in justifying why there is no phone line, email or in fact any method to communicate when your Order had not been delivered - does that sound reasonable or unreasonable?
I am going legal with them now for Breach of Contract and 'loss of bargain' - I will keep you all posted with what happens next so that other innocent customers get the benefit of Trust Pilot's excellent platform.

PLEASE AVOID!!!!!

I ordered the florenza clearstone countertop basin in January 2023. I paid £203.16 however it never arrived on the arranged delivery date. I contacted customer services who said that the order was not in stock and arranged another delivery date. However again it did not arrive.
I therefore cancelled my order and requested a full refund. Although they approved the refund I have never seen my money!! I keep getting sent an automated cancellation confirmation email!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Scam

Item ordered 6 months ago for next day delivery. Lost in the post, lots of chasing, eventually arrived weeks later and unusable. Barely existent customer service, eventually collected item 6 weeks ago and still haven’t received a refund despite chasing. Their phone no seems to have disappeared from website, chat not working and emails ignored.

A complete scam.

A complete scam.
I ordered and paid for a toilet seat, which after five weeks they finally admitted couldn't be supplied. Via their live chat they gave me an email address to claim a refund but I've never received an answer, acknowledgement or the refund from the four emails I've sent. I am reporting to Office of fair trading as they are possibly trading insolvently. We should all apply for a winding up order slammed on this company.

Lost item. Refusing refund.

They lost an item in my order, which I have been chasing about a refund for 5 months. Been promised multiple times it'll be resolved, but now all my emails to their refund team are just being ignored. Laughable really.

Con artists

Con artists. They have numerous companies to span the web but bottom line - they are a nightmare. I bought a tray for £190 saying it was in stock. Email saying it will be 3 weeks. Requested to cancel. Never had it. Endless chasing. All phone lines gone because of 'Covid' Live chat is an endless frustrating bot loop. Thats that. A watertight scam. I bought through my bank so no protection. Google this company and its equivalents and spend elsewhere. 'Designer bathroom Concepts' 'Designer shower trays', main company is Luxpad Group. Scum

Lying, misleading, cheating.

SCAM - I seriously suggest you don't use this 'company'. My experience suggests they attempt to mislead, ignore, and cheat their customers. I wish it was possible to leave minus ratings.

I ordered 5 items. Four arrived, all in battered boxes. The fifth did not come. I had a mail from Andy to say it had arrived with a photo of the parcel (it was a previous delivery). I had a phone message, also from Andy, to say it was on special order and, on the same day, a mail to say it was not coming. Fed up with the time dealing with this company was taking, I requested a refund. Like so many other reviewers, the refund has not eventuated - just a string of mails to say it's coming. It's not coming. I think it's a deliberate choice to mislead and cheat customers who buy in good faith.We are contacting our card issuer and will make a formal complaint to the Trading Standards body.

Scam - they cancel your order and not refund you

Very simply: I order a mirror because of the competitive price, paid, booked the delivery date.
The date AFTER the missed delivery they have cancelled my order mentioning a lack of stock. After one month, still no refund despite chasing twice. It's a scam, avoid.

Poor

This company is guilty of deliberately withholding payment for £250 of radiator valves that they sent me even though order was cancelled within minutes of being made. I returned unopened and they said they would refund multiple times but have not. This is unacceptable behaviour. Steer clear, your experience will not be pleasant.

Avoid at all costs!

I ordered an item several months ago. I was assured a refund when it became apparent the item was not going to are in time and I had to cancel - despite initially showing availability. I have lost count of how many times I have tried to contact. Several months later still waiting refund of nearly 500.00 I am now in the process of dealing with this through a solicitor.
AVOID as others have experienced absolutely no access to customer service constantly 5 in a queue. No response to emails. There are plenty of other similar companies with far better customer service.

Non existent customer service. Avoid.

Ordered a shower screen product 3 months ago, and had to cancel the order. Was promised a refund straight away, and still waiting on it three months later. Have wasted hours of time on their chatbot and then they don't respond when I finally connect. Having seen the other reviews, it seems I'm not alone. Avoid this supplier like the plague. Will be going direct to my credit card company to get a refund.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company, they are a complete scam. I am still waiting for a refund from 4 months ago for items not received and a refund for one item returned . They ignore emails, they do not have an online human being chat, only a robot which is of no use, they've recently stopped calls completely, there is no way to communicate other than email which enables Luxpad to hold onto your funds as long as they please weather you have the items you ordered or not. You have been warned go elsewhere.

DO NOT use this company

DO NOT use this company. Still waiting for a refund that was approved, after a month or more of chasing and repeated failed attempts at collecting the goods, back at the beginning of January. No reply to emails since and no joy with the webchat. Wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing. AVOID

Like many other comments here regarding poor customer service. I have been trying to get a refund for a broken basin since November 2022. The Chat Box is a waste of time and nobody responds to emails or online forms. There is no phone line for this company. My next step is to go to trading standards. AVOID. ORDER 7100320052

No product, no refund. Only positive reviews on this company are fake

Our Order #7100322958

Took our money and never provided the item, which it turns out they don’t stock anyway. Said they’d refund - issued a cancellation email, but then no refund. Hours spent calling a company with no email address and a difficult to find phone number. As many here, will now have to take this to the small claim court.

This is a shell company from the registered company trading under LuxPad Group. However, as you can see by the other 1star reviews, despite the many they have tried to remove, they are not trading anything - this is a scam company

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I have experienced the same as many of the others below. Placed an order 23rd Jan, my order was cancelled by the company citing the item was out of stock on 9th Feb and my payment would be refunded. 1 month later still no refund despite having emailed them 3 times, phone line doesn't work and chatbot is useless.

Withholding refund - avoid

Fraudulent traders. Agreed to cancel my order, refund was promised and not received it in weeks. Some online research of the trading address and it indicates that the Financial Conduct Authority deemed some actions to be 'not fit and proper'. google the trading address and FCA.
