Given 2 guaranteed delivery dates this week, both never turned up. Spoke to Andrew this morning, 2nd delivery date who assured me the item was on manufacturers lorry and out for delivery, so I screenshot the live chat. By 3pm had heard nothing, cant phone them and no agents available on live cht even though their open till 5pm. Spoke to manufacturers who told me the delivery is in their warehouse awaiting confirmation to send out, so agent was lying and just putting me off. Submitted request email on there site but having emailed them 2wks ago with no response I am not holding my breath. Manufacturers told me they deliver to my area 5 days a week so could me delivered tommorow or Monday if Designer give them go ahead. Have wasted 2 days waiting for a delivery that is still in warehouse. WHY ?
Update.
I know that my item is at manufacturers warehouse awaiting confirmation to dispatch. Have just spent 1.45hrs on livechat in queue at position 1 with 5 min wait time only for them to end chat through inactivity. They have sent me another email today 13/3/23 saying item despatched but no delivery date.This company is the worst i have ever dealt with and are total liars and just fob you off. I am going to give them till 15/3/23 to get my order or on advice from bank give them 2 wks after cancellation to issue full refund or they will pursue the claim. I have also contacted trading standards so hopefully they will stop anyone else from being conned.

Finally had item delivered from manufacturers and reading between the lines it seems they wont dispatch until item paid for, enough said. Also had an email from CEO albeit a week later than sent but apology fell a bit hollow and stated that she would like to call me next day to discuss personally. As per there previous customer service am still waiting.
Cant knock ther prices but you pay extra in time chasing item and being lied to and thats when you can get anyone to speak to which isnt often.

Update - they have now responded to my request for assistance and sent the part. It looked like the company had gone rogue - no phone line, no response to customer services. Resolved but not ideal.

I bought 4 radiator valves from here and only ended up using 3 of them. I returned the spare valve recorded delivery for a refund. They said it never arrived even though it did.

This company took our payment on 11th January 2023 and never sent the item we bought. It was incredibly hard to get through to them over the phone but when they eventually answered they said they would refund the money but they haven't. We contacted our bank and raised a claim against them it is now March and no money has been refunded

Do not use this company! Ordered a shower tray at the start of January, booked the delivery slot for 9th Feb, no emails on the day to say it was arriving. When I called them they informed me it was out of stock and couldn't fulfil the order. Then an email arrives stating that someone will be in touch regarding a refund within 48 hours, no surprise it didn't happen. A month later and still no refund, I have raised it as a dispute with my Credit Card company. If you do take the risk and buy from this company, please ensure you use a Credit Card to get protection.

It appears I'm one of many!!! I bought a radiator on 26 Feb 2023, choose my delivery date 7 March 2023, I fully understood I would need to be home from 08:00 until 18:00, I received a confirmation email for my order and delivery. I booked an unpaid day off of work not easy in the NHS and dutifully waited all day. No delivery or any communication from the Designer Bathroom Concepts, the courier or the registered director of this company and LuxPad Ltd can be found in public records however he refuses to have his name included in this review, that's how proud he is of the companies he puts his name to. Their contact details do not work, I'm thinking and worried I've been scammed. The light at the end of the tunnel is Tradings Standards have agreed to take on my case.
Dire little company
Dire little company. Waited four months for a bathroom to become available. When I chased it magically appeared that day. Arranged delivery, told I didn’t need to be in to sign for which the courier didn’t allow. Rearranged for the next week so I took the day off work, nobody turned up. Phoned up, told I should pay £35 redelivery charge. Booked in for a couple of weeks later, again took the day off work only to receive an email that afternoon telling me the order had been cancelled! They notified me that they would refund me within 72 hours, nothing was refunded after more than two weeks. So, I spoke to my bank and they refunded me.
Please avoid this company. They are rude and dishonest!

Still waiting for any correspondence regarding the no show of my items and refund of my £600. I am today contacting my bank to issue a fraud investigation. Their offices are just virtual too. Shame on you for taking £600 from a mother of 3 children in a cost of living crisis. AVOID

They’re all very manipulative liars. Waited five mths for products and opened a dispute/chargeback with my bank. It’s the only time I got a response from them.
I cancelled my dispute resolution with bank as I believed their excuses. No product came. Now I cannot re-open the dispute.

Do not expect a reply! firstly don't buy Reina radiators, if only i had looked on trustpilot before buying - we don't have leaks but they make such a racket when warming up but that's another complain on the way...these guys, or their parent group LuxPad are completely unresponsive - my issues goes back to November 2021!! We apparently have someone aligned to be on our case but he has yet again fallen off the face of the earth! they will always blame the vendor, never themselves for the delay - still waiting for a refund on faulty radiators.
Efficient Customer Service
I had an issue with a basin drawer unit and required a replacement. Megan was very good at dealing with the issue and she worked swiftly with myself and her suppliers to provide me with a replacement.

Failure to deliver then don’t give you your money back. I’ve been dealing with them since December, on the 3rd February they eventually agreed to give me my £340 back but a month later I still haven’t received it. Now they aren’t answering my emails or the phone. Absolute robbers.

Complete & utter shambles. Ordered sink & toilet, luckily on a credit card. Sink actually arrived. THEY cancelled order for toilet & advised refund in 72 hours. Then another email saying they had approved the order cancellation (I hope they would since they cancelled it). Chased, chased & chased,

Opened claim with credit card company & will be taking legal advice via small claims.

The worst company i have ever dealt with. They did not deliver my items on the delivery date. They did not notify me that they were not able to fulfill the order. I am still waiting on the refund from over 4 months ago. They have removed all ability to contact them other than by email, which they do not respond to, nor do they respond to bank disputes. Do not use this company!!!!!!
