Avoid at all costs. Ordered item, given delivery date. Item not delivered, enquired and was given another delivery date. Again noting delivered. Enquired again and was told item was out of stock and they would cancel order and refund me. Nothing send with regards to refund, so had to chase up. Advised I would get refund asap. 2.5 weeks later still no refund and company not responding to any of my emails.

What a load of TOSH, This company are not scammers, i spent more than £5000 and have received every product that i ordered and wouldnt hesitate to use them again. 5 stars best regards Sara

We bought 4 stainless steel towel rads from Designer bathroom concepts and were very happy with the quality when we received them. There was a few weeks delay in fitting these and we subsequently found there was a slight leak from the weld on one radiator so I contacted the Aftercare Team and received a very prompt and efficient response from Megan. She asked for pictures of the leaky weld and then liaised with the manufacturer getting a replacement radiator to us within a few days.
Megan was always responsive to emails and it was good to know she was there ensuring this got sorted for us as soon as possible.
All the radiators look great now installed and our plumber was very impressed with the quality. We would definitely use this company again.

Terrible customer service, we ordered a number of items and were encouraged to book a delivery slot closer to the time we needed the items to ensure we met their returns policy of 14 days. On the day of delivery they cancelled the order and said they didn't have stock and couldn't get hold of the items! extremely frustrating, I can understand if they were missing an item or two but they couldn't deliver any of the 6 or 7 items utter shambles. I also can't believe that they knew they were due to deliver but couldn't have told us before the day of delivery. Still awaiting refund. Worst of all, they told us we could order the items elsewhere as they were a popular brand, yet they couldn't get hold of any. The reality was we bought them in the boxing day sale and finding them for the same price as we ordered from them is unlikely!

I got exactly the help I needed from Anthony who I contacted via the online help - not long before closing time. He was very efficient and made sure my cabinet was booked in for delivery at short notice. Thanks Anthony.

They are scammers. Refusing to refund me an order of £600. You can't speak to accounts, their phones line have now conveniently been turned off for maintenance (over a week now). DO NOT USE

It is quite clear this company is choosing to ignore people entitled to refunds for undelivered goods. I am still waiting for my refund and there has been no further communication with me, other than concern over poor reviews.

As expected all of my items arrived on-tme and in perfect condition would use this company again without doubt.

Totally unreliable and certainly not world class. I only bought the product because they stated in stock and free next day delivery. When I ordered the taps on 20-02-2023 I then got a mail saying 'choose your delivery date' starting from 1st March, a week after the order date. There is no email address or phone number, only a bot with buttons to select. After many attempts I got through to a person to chat with, explained my need for the taps the next day. They stated it was too late for next day, but could ship the day after 23-02-2023. OK I said. BUT there was no delivery on 23rd or the 24th, and I could not get hold of them.
Wasted two days and now a weekend and have had to put off my plumber and tiler.
The supplier did email me on Sunday 26-02-23 to ask if I had received the delivery.
The taps were delivered on 27-02-2023 and I had to pay the plumber an extra day to fit them.
Thankfully they were received, although the bath tap had a defect on it, which I mailed back to the team with pictures, and again now waiting for the supplier to get back to me regarding a replacement.
Dropped another star due to no contact from customer services after a week of sending them pictures and mailing them 3 times. Shoddy. Do not trust them.

I'm convinced these people are scammers. I bought a bath, was given a delivery date, booked the day off work, sat around all day but it didn't arrive, and they didn't even contact me to tell me it wasn't coming. Contacted them and was given a different date. This happened 2 further times.

After failing 3 delivery dates I tried to cancel. Around this time their telephone number stopped accepting calls. They've also ignored my emails.

I'm currently have a dispute with my bank to try and reverse the charges. I'm also reporting them to the police fraud team.

We received a faulty item and are awaiting a refund. This has been ongoing since December. The customer service from the company is appalling. We have been continuously told that department aren’t available they will ring you back, they don’t! Live chat have now stopped answering when they see our name! Their telephone lines are down for training. No one is available to help or willing to sort the refund out.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS- Ordered radiators back in nov after paying and booking a Delivery slot. The day before due they emailed to say on back order until 31st jan. They didn’t respond to any emails or calls so we agreed to wait being that the pipes had been fitted for these rads. Three dates came and went and not one email was responded to. The last occasion I mange’s to get through to someone I was told a new delivery date. That evening I got an email to say that they were actioning my request to cancel?!?! Ten weeks of waiting delaying us moving into our house for this to happen!! Reordered rads elsewhere and got within two days. Now phones don’t put you through, live chat doesn’t work and they don’t respond to emails. Shocking customer service. Avoid at all costs. Have raised a dispute with my credit card company. Very upsetting.

Cannot see what all the fuss is about i ordered a bath, cabinet and a towel rail. I didnt like the towel rail (Colour wasnt quite what i had in mind) so i sent it back and was refunded within the time scales in their T and Cs , Everything arrived quick and they communicated well with me.

Avoid this company at all costs. The website might look tempting with good prices but I doubt you will ever see your order and who knows if the money.
I placed an order a month ago, the first delivery date - nothing happend, contacted them and got a second delivery date - nothing happened. Contacted them again and was told there is no stock so cancelled the order (after 2 attempted delivery?! and still showing as in stock on their website?!).
I was told that the refund would be processed but 10 days later nothing happened. When I contacted them once again, got the same confirmation that the order was cancelled and should wait 72 hours. CS will tell you that it is different department and they cannot do anything.
On top of it, there is no easy way to reach any human on CS. Supposedly "Live" chat with a robot or CS call will send you back to the website to send email which is ignored.
