A+ service from start to finish. Ordered my first ever pair of glasses and was helped by Nicky via telephone throughout. Prescription, transitions, designer frames … half the cost of the high street retailers, and better customer service too. I cant recommend these guys highly enough. Thank you

Good communication but be aware: there is a £10 admin fee per returned item! To be honest it is clearly stated on returns and refund information but I still think it’s unnecessary in this day and age. Especially if you run an online glasses business where people cannot try the glasses! On top of that they didn’t refunded initially the postage cost on top of the admin fee, but I admit they did refunded the cost straight away when I requested to. I guess if you’re sure you want their product would be ok, but check terms and conditions before you buy as there are other retailers with better/ cheaper service…

They had great customer service and I was kept abreast of the order status and timing. I am based in the US and was nervous about buying from abroad but found them to be very helpful and straight forward. would buy from them again.

Let me just start by saying Nicky is an absolute asset to this company! She is a true gem. Her customer services skills are second to none.

The communication I received from order to despatch to return (I made an error in my order) to subsequent replacement was top notch.

This is an easy 5 stars from me. I'll definitely buy from them again. I absolutely LOVE my glasses!

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses. First pair got delivered on time second pair never arrived, there excuse was they couldn’t get through to the supplier. The were as awkward as possible, I sent emails and left answer machine messages as it was impossible to get through to speak to somebody on the phone. I got PayPal to step in to help but now they are just being spiteful and letting the time run out as long as possible. They can resolve the issue any time they want by just communicating with PayPal. I wouldn’t recommend designer glasses to anyone. I’m sure they will try to justify what they have done but buyer beware.. AVOID

I was a little bit sceptical and hesitant when I was about to place my order, however I have to say that I am so very pleased with the service. I have ordered two pairs of glasses to compare sizes. The other pair was sent back for a refund. Was in contact with Nicky who has been so helpful and very quick with her replies. Thank you so much for your assistance.The refund was issued the same day the glasses had arrived. Amazing service and I love my new frames.

This is my third time buying glasses from designer glasses which shows how much I love them! Amazing selection of glasses, competitive price but for me mostly importantly the customer service is A star! The last two times I’ve needed emergency glasses and they have sorted everything within one week! Special shout out to Nicky who is fab and takes all the stress away.

Lovely glasses and arrived quickly. I ordered the wrong type of lense and customer service was brilliant. So polite, helpful and quick. When I sent the glasses back I had them back in less than a week with changed lenses. Very happy, thank you.
