I ordered my Gucci sunglasses on Wednesday and I received them on Thursday! Extra fast delivery and great product. 100% genuine designer sunglasses. Definetely I will order again.

Fantastic service from start to finish.

There was a little hiccup at the beginning, whereby the frames I ordered were not in stock and are discontinued by the original manufacturer. However, after an email from the kind lady Jade notifying me of this, they were able to offer the same frame in a different colour as an alternative.

From there everything went swimmingly, the frames arrived 1 week exactly, ordered on a Tuesday received the next.

Frames and lenses were both fantastic. Customer Service fantastic. Would most definitely use again.

It is refreshing to find an online opticians that can offer both value and amazing service.

Brilliant company to purchase glasses from, I was wary at first in case they were not genuine but after speaking with Nicky I was totally reassured.The glasses I ordered were out of stock and not due in for a month but I received an email after two weeks to say they had arrived in stock and they were quickly dispatched via tracked mail. I purchased a pair of glasses however the photo copy of my prescription was slightly wrong so I returned them and Nicky was must helpful and replaced them with a new pair and I love them

The customer service received from Nicky was above and beyond what I could have reasonably expected.
My frame size is smaller than the average and as such I have trouble finding adult glasses in my size, my first couple of choices were out of stock which was disappointing but not perhaps unexpected given the current situation - however Nicky turned that disappointment around by keeping me updated regularly and then going above and beyond to find me an alternative frame that fits my small face and looks absolutely great! They will charge you £ 25 for a return ! Why !
That’s a non justified apart from ripping off customers..

Other traders won’t charge a penny for returns , some of them provide a free return too .
