DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY TRULY ARE CON ARTISTS. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE OTHER REVIEWERS. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF RETURNING AN ITEM DO NOT BOTHER BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER GET A REFUND. WORSE STILL IF YOU SEND THEM EMAILS REGARDING THE RETURN THEY NEVER ANSWER. I AM NOW WITHOUT A RING WHICH I HAVE PAID FOR BUT HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND FOR. IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH!! LISTEN TO OTHER REVIEWERS WHO ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT THEM, I WISH I DID!!

Asked so many questions about the ring I purchased - and received no response.
Disappointing

Complete con artists. All the silver is hallmarked 925 but is fake and can leave a rash. I am guessing it is cheap nickel. The metal underneath now exposes too as well as leaving a rash on my girlfriend

I was very disappointed with my order of tiffiny style double heart, it was supposed to be blue and it was green and one of the ear posts on the earrings was bent. I suppose you get what you pay for at that price!

This item came very quickly and is just as described it is a bit shiny but excellent quality

I ordered a ring and a bracelet. Both were delivered efficiently and looked very nice. However the ring did not fit me. I emailed asking for an exchange and followed the steps provided on the website. A week passed and I had heard nothing back so I emailed again and also DM the Instagram page thinking that would help but it did not. I still have heard nothing back from Designer Inspired. I’d say don’t order from this website unless you’re 100% sure you will like the item and will not want an exchange as there is no customer service if you end up in that position.

Have ordered a bangle weeks ago and have not yet received the item! Designer inspired haven't responded to email sent so don't have clue what's going on!

Really happy with my purchases - good quality, just as described and affordable. The website is great and the service excellent.

I have bought 2 items to give someone a birthday present which suppose to deliver within 2 to 5 days. But the items didn't arrive even after two weeks so I had to buy a present from another shop to give them. I have emailed several times to them regarding my purchase but none of them were answered and there is no telephone number to talk to them. Only after I complained to PayPal, they send me one item and refund the other one which they said out of stock and I didn't get the buy 2 and get 50%off offer either.

I wrote multiple emails to provide me with an update of my return however no one got back to me sent the item back over 2 weeks ago

I ordered a Swarovski bracelet and was delighted that it was so nice when it came.I was going to be a lot more expensive in other places for the same bracelet,but was very happy with my purchase.I was kept informed from start to finish and the item came very quick and very neatly packaged in a lovely gift box.Would certainly buy from this company again.
