Useless for me
I've been using this now for 2 months. I only get sensation from one side of the probe and despite contacting de Smut have been told this is normal in some people, but I'm convinced it's not working properly. I've tried it in the crook of my arm and had the same sensation. I'm really disappointed as it's not cheap and I'm getting no benefit from it. I get no 'drawing around' sensation so although I join in, it feels no better than using the NHS squeeze app, which is a damn sight cheaper. They recommend I go back to my physio, but that will cost me more money.

Very simple to order
Very simple to order, however, the description could be clearer in that the device came ready to go with leads and battery. I ordered these as extras as I was unaware that they were included and now have 3 leads and a spare battery. The device itself is, however, excellent and well worth the money.

I have only used the item twice as I only get one use out of the battery, I then replaced the battery and it only worked on one occasion again and now doesn't work at all. Very disappointed as I was advised to buy this buy this by my NHS physio therapist.
