The reason probes / electrodes are purchased separately is that there are many different probes / electrodes both surface and internal that can be used with the item depending on the individual and treatment. We also find that in a lot of cases the clinician will provide a probe / electrode. I hope this answers your query and that you find your purchase beneficial.

I am sorry that you are still having problems with your machine. I know my colleague went through the testing process with you over the phone and by email and also sent you the Freepost address so that you could send it back for us to test and repair / replace as necessary. Please do this so that we can resolve any issues as soon as possible. Alternatively we can arrange for a refund on the unit if that is what you wish. Again, simply package it up using the Freepost address and obtaining a proof of postage from the Post Office and once we have received it we can issue a refund.
