I go to the Manchester branch and the customer service is amazing. The staff are so professional and so friendly, especially Jane! I was nervous about starting my treatment but every time she made me feel comfortable. I have had laser and it has worked so well! I will be coming back here for more treatment.

For many years the expert staff at DestinationSkin have always provided me with great advice, treatments and products. Had treatments at Liverpool Street, Croydon (which closed a many years back still miss the lovely Ericka) and now I attend Maddox Street.

I had laser hair removal in Birmingham and my experience was really positive. Sometimes I feel the staff could be more customer focussed, sometimes the atmosphere in the clinic is slightly stale and uncomfortable, but for the most part I have had a good experience and the laser has always worked really well. I also had a hydra facial which was amazing.

I go to Dr Toni at the Weybridge branch - she is absolutely superb and a really lovely person. I trust her 100% and am always thrilled with the results. Totally recommend

I have been visiting the Manchester clinic for a few years. I have had laser appointments and facials here. The Customer service is excellent and the clinic had full covid measures in place. The team are always so welcoming and professional. I would never visit anywhere else.

I had a skin consultation last week at the Manchester clinic. The clinic smelt amazing on arrival, had full covid measures in place and the team were so welcoming. I had my consultation with Amy, who was so lovely and talked me through various treatments and products thoroughly! I will definitely be returning for treatments!

I feel amazing! When I arrived at the Barnet clinic I felt so safe, I was given a mask straight away and I was instantly put at ease by the staff because they were so friendly. I had Botox and Lip Fillers with the incredible Emeline & was such a great experience, she we spoke through the results I wanted and she achieved them perfectly! I can't wait to go back.

I called, emailed, sent a 'contact me' request and messaged on Instagram to try and book an appointment with this clinic. Eventually after several phone attempts I got through to someone at the call center. Firstly - it shouldn't be that hard to get through to someone and make an appointment for Electrolysis. You can't even talk to someone directly at the branch you wish to be treated, you can only speak to the call center who I later found out know nothing about the types of treatments offered at the clinic. After months of waiting for this appointment, I arrived on time to my appointment at Maddox Street, and was left waiting for over 15 minutes to be seen. When I was eventually seen for my electrolysis appointment, the consultant and I discussed what it was I was being treated for, she then informed me that the clinic do not perform electrolysis on other parts of the body, only the face however the company website advertises electrolysis on the body and is priced by time. Why was this not specified at time of booking? I had taken time out of my day to attend this long awaited appointment and spent money getting to and from the appointment only to find out that the treatment doesn't even exist in the clinic. What a waste of time (and money)! I have since tried contacting the clinic to complain and get a refund for my travel costs, as I think it is only fair they reimburse me for a trip that would not have been taken had they have correctly informed me of their treatment areas. There has also been no acknowledgement about the fact they advertise this treatment on their website and allow bookings for it! It has been over two weeks and I have heard nothing. The customer service is so poor, I would not recommend this company. It is a conveyor belt of appointments by the sound of things, you do not get a personable experience from the first stage (booking an appointment) and they do not have any customer care. What a poor experience for a first time customer.

Avoid this company at all costs! They burnt my face on laser hair removal treatment. Cost me thousands of pounds for these treatments. Refused to refund me after for remaining treatments and then used substandard settings to give zero results. They are now making excuses not to give me a copy of my records which I have asked for multiple times. They are complete con artists. Scamming people out of money. Constantly pressuring people into treatments with ‘limited offers’. At one point I was called 10 times over a weekend and put pressure on until I paid upfront for a series of treatments saying ‘offer ends today’ ‘we don’t want you to miss out’. The next day I felt I didn’t want this and they wouldn’t refund me. It is against the aesthetics code of conduct to advertise any time limited offers and put pressure on clients into treatments. See BAAPS (British association of aesthetic plastic surgeons) website for full policy. Laser treatment counts as a aesthetic treatment. They may not be surgeons but they should follow the same rules. Do not trust destination skin with your money.

Recently had Botox at DestinationSkin Birmingham, Marie was amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful, with SO much knowledge. Really lovely environment and loved the atmosphere. Definitely coming back. The old saying ir right you know.. you get what you pay for. I had lip fillers a few months back at DestinationSkin's flagship clinic in Manchester with Sian who was fantastic also. So happy with the results.

I have been a loyal customer with the Marylebone branch for a couple of years now (back when it was Skin Health Spa and through the ownership changes) and my laser hair removal treatment today has been my worst experience to date. I was planning to book a new set of treatments but I've been put off ever returning.

First off my appointment was 15 mins late as the previous customer's treatment was running late. I was happy to overlook this as I understand it can't be helped.

However when I finally began my treatment, I immediately knew something wasn't right with the laser and cooling hose as my skin had a burning sensation that I've never had before in the years that I've had laser - like my skin was being held against a hot iron. I insisted that I was in a lot of pain but the therapist didn't offer any solutions other than stopping the treatment, without investigating into the issue. Eventually it became so unbearable that the manager came, who finally changed the cooling hose which eased the pain. I was frustrated that the therapist didn't think to check this when I raised the complaint, as I had to go through extreme discomfort and a burning pain during half of my treatment, because my complaints about the machine weren't taken seriously enough. Because I was in so much pain at the time I ignored that she skipped over areas but when I mentioned that it hurt to repeatedly blast the same small area of skin with the laser without taking a break or letting it cool, my complaints were ignored and dismissed again.

The room temperature was also extremely warm too which didn't help my discomfort, but the therapist dismissed my complaint eben when I pointed out that one of the fans was blowing out warm air.

Finally my session was due to finish at 7pm and I didn't even up leaving until 7.50pm. I planned to mention my poor experience to the manager in person when I left but there was no one at reception and the front door was locked, so I had to go back to the treatment room to be let out. I won't be recommending this branch in future and will continue my treatments elsewhere.

I have been to the Destination Skin in Weybridge at least three times, only once of the three times have I left satisfied with the service. On the most recent occasion, I was booked in for a certain time, arrived early for the appointment in anticipation I would need to fill in some forms. I booked a time on the phone but my appointment was bumped by 15 minutes so they could squeeze someone in. The treatment I booked was advertised as 1 hour in length. I stepped into the treatment room and 40 minutes later I was leaving. The session was so very rushed and my skin concern ignored. There are multiple other providers of similar treatments locally and as such I will not be going back.
